Amtrak NPCU and Dash 8 Leading the surfliner trains VOL 1

Before the F59phis and SC-44 Chargers we had the F40s or better known as Cabbage cars and sometimes Amtraks Dash 8s lead the Surfliner (North or south, depends) for some unknown reason some of the Pacific Surfliner’s cabcars have been noticeably inactive, so they have assigned Dash 8 (503, 510) and NPCU (90225) leading southbound trains 770, 790 and 777.
