Bro Louisiana is just different born and raised in Louisiana. For example when Katrina happened people from different parts of New Orleans speared to different places. So, some were poor, lost their home, and job and was ready to do anything for money.

I've lived in South Louisiana my entire life. It's not just New Orleans. Louisiana in general is terrible. A friend was sh*t because his brother was hustling and they mistook him for his brother. He passed away in his driveway. That was 2 blocks from my mom's house.
