Petting Zoo / Farm Animal is also a highly requested theme... I would also like a Guest Experience Pack that has things like usable playgrounds and a carousel, summer camp and field trip items, more shops, etc. My dream pack though would be a Wild West Scenery pack with all of the Native American and Cowboy-themed stuff. Spirit Bears, Coyotes, Bald Eagles, Elk, Bob-cats...
Latin American Animal pack seems very likely, it's a comparable theme to Eurasia. I think you picked great choices for that pack. Safari Pack is a great idea. I'd want to see the Blackbuck most, but the Kudu would be a good second choice because they are so iconic. Coastal Animal Pack would be amazing but seems unlikely. I think it's more likely that it would be a scenery pack with just the Walrus, Sea Otter, Flamingo, and a Pelican or Rockhopper. Coconut crab would be an awesome exhibit, but I could also envision African Mudskippers, Hermit Crabs, or Fiddler Crabs. African Leopard is a really solid choice for a bonus Anniversary animal. The Blackbuck could also show up here. Alpine/Highlands Animal Pack definitely is still a possibility. I think the American Bighorn sheep is very likely to be added in that pack, not that I'm crazy about it, because it would be simple to create using the Dall as a base, but it's still a popular species. I don't think the Primate Pack is very likely, but I would personally love it. I think your selections for that idea are perfect, maybe we would see Galago instead of loris but either would be great. Woodland Pack would be awesome. Forest Pack may be too similar, but I definitely want most of those animals to be added. Nile Crocodile is another good choice for a bonus animal, I really want an African crocodilian as well. Aviary Pack is a pipe dream, but I'll keep my fingers crossed haha. I think Islands Animal pack is still a possibility. It could include: Walrus, Coquerel's Sifaka, Tanuki, American Flamingo, Matschie's Tree Kangaroo, Greater Mouse-Deer, Black Swan, Tuatara.
I think Coconut crabs should be habitat animals. They are big enough, and it would be awesome to have just one habitat. For a potential coastal pack, I think mudskippers would be a really good exhibit animal, giving us our first actual fish in a way that fits with the current game. Also that alpine pack is perfection👌
This is by far, the most realistic dlc predictions I have seen. I adore the idea of the Coastal Pack and the Primate pack. What you said about using the same AI as rigs for the aviary pack is something we will most likely see if birds were to come, like what they did with the butterflies. All I hope is for another Giraffe species and more aquatic/ semi aquatic animals and boom, that’ll be my dream zoo game haha
I kinda want a Recently Extinct animal pack. It could include the Great Auk, Tasmanian Tiger, Dodo and Quagga. It could be a fun final pack or an April Fools pack
These are honestly the best choices I’ve ever seen in a speculation video for planet zoo dlc. It would be a lot for frontier to incorporate but if they can pull it off, I support it
I think for the aviary pack, I think it would've been nice to see which species of each bird for each category would be to get an idea of how many birds would be in the pack
I guess the extinction pack could be used as a standalone game, since it would be awkward to see extinct animals, mixed with living animals. See you later Tasmanian Tiger and Stellar's Seacow. But the more likely animals to be added in early 2024 are a lot. But here's the list Secretary Bird, Scarlet Ibis, Dougong, the Pacific Walrus, Lion fish and the Golden Eagle.
I hope it will lasts a couple of years, but I am afraid it is unlikely. I do think we will get two to four more DLCs. Nice ideas. The most realistic to me are Latin America just I think it will be Central America and unfortunatelly it could be a scenery dlc, then coastal animal pack and alpine/mointain/tundra animal pack as well. I don't know for fourth but Forest scenery dlc sounds nice.
Considering prairie dogs are in the game, i think the coconut crab should be the (probably only) representative of crustaceans that can be put in a habitat. The habitat doesn't need to be large, but it would be fun to see them climbing up and down trees and going from bush to bush.
@@Panteni87 Both are a possibility, and I mean if you had the option to move them between their dedicated exhibits and to custom habitats to see them at their best, that would be cool
Planet zoo is still going to be getting more and more support and expansion because a lot of players go wild every time there's a new DLC pack on the way like the new coming next week.
It's always fun to think of what else they could add, and we'll always have that option. But I'm pretty sure they are going to be ending development by the summer of 2024 so we'll only get at best 2 more packs. We will not be seeing aviary or aquatic packs and anyone still clinging to that hope needs to find resolution in that fact. I could see an Arboreal pack, a Camoflauge Pack, or a mega (12 animal) exhibit focused pack. I really don't see any other packs "happening", which there's still countless possibilities of what and how things could be organized.
Frontier needs to add two iconic African animals before bowing out: the Masai Giraffe and Grevy's Zebra. The game clearly needs an upgrade of two of the most recognizable species in zoos.
I am most excited for Elands in a safari pack, since they have been the cattle of Russia for a while now. I am also most excited about the aviaries and aquaria since we could always use more fish and birds. I especially want to see White Clouds, Reef Sharks, and even Rainbow Trout as part of the exhibits and habitats respectively.
i dont think this is the last dlc, i think they should eventually do a pack for every or most protected areas of land so maybe the everglades or stuff like that
Well... Blackbuck would feel really out of place for the Safari Pack, considering its an Asian animal and the rest are all African. I personally would prefer the Greater Kudu (Its one of my favorite animals). For Coastal Animal Pack, i don't think we will ever get the Manatee. So i would replace it with the Marine Iguana
How about an alternative pack? Using variants for giraffes, zebras, lions (Asiatic), leopards, swans, llamas (it's a longshot: vicuña, alpaca, guanaco), flamingos, brown bears, wolves
I think the safari animal pack could be better with the secretary bird, hamadryad baboon, nile crocodile, African leopard, impala, honey badger, masai giraffe and the Jackson chameleon
I generally like to love your proposed packs, but I think they do lack some ungulates or ungulate-like animals: in South America, for example, I would definitely want the Patagonian mara over some of the proposed animals. In the Safari animal pack, I think Greater Kudu, Eland, Impala, Gerenuk (or, if Frontier want to go with a more exotic choice, a dibatag) and the Massai Giraffe would be cool in the proposed Coastal Animal Pack, I would go for the Scarlet Ibis over the flamingo.
Well the Patagonian Mara is in that pack, and it will likely stay. I suggested some alternative safari packs with a few of the ungulates you mentioned, I only later made Greater Kudu and Gerenuk as part of the main idea, with a second idea including the Masai Giraffe and Impala. Scarlet Ibis would also likely be included as part of an aviary pack given their prevalence in that exhibitory.
I know it is, but it is not part of the base game, it would also be a grassland and tropical subspecies, the Amur is a temperate and taiga leopard, so like if someone wanted to do a Congo rainforest, they would be able to include the apex predator.
@RedPandaReggie I completely agree. This game is way too Amazing . With every pack , more and more people come on and the sales go up with each one that comes out , especially when adding fav animals ^^ So I think it has a long way to go . The Latin America Pack choices you have are really good , although I hope we can get a Kinkajou as well within this pack too ^^. Those are one of my favs ^^ The Safari Pack is awesome ^^, although the Olive Baboon would be better in my opinion . But other than that , everything seems really good , including the chameleon would be a great choice , since I thought we should’ve gotten one sooner . And Greater Kudu or Giant Eland would be good The Coastal Pack also has everything I’d love to see in it , Especially the West Indian Manatee since I’ve wanted one since the Wetlands Animal Pack ^^. Alt thought the American Flamingo is one I’m hoping could be different, perhaps maybe a Wood Stork or Roseate Spoonbill ; perhaps even a Great Blue Heron would be better in my opinion since it’d be a different and more unique species of bird since we already have flamingos . Other than that , really good picks African Leopard is a good pick for the Anniversary The alpine pack is a mixed bag with the musk ox , and the hyrax and pheasants are a definite surprise ^^. But it looks pretty interesting . My best choices to replace one of those 3 in my opinion would be a Rocky Mountain Goat and the Guanaco ^^ Primate pack is a stretch , but could be interesting with those species , so I’m on the fence with this one . Love to see the species in the game ; but a solid primate pack could be too much for everyone and might hurt it a little . That’s just my opinion, but still nice 👍 Woodland Pack is cool, and I would’ve said that doin solid North America after what happened with the arid desert pack being nearly solid Africa , but the forest pack came in to save it ^^. The Nile croc is an interesting and good choice in honor of Zoo Tycoon 2 as well And the Aviary pack is a good way to go out , plenty of birds for sure 😅😅😅 All of these packs sounds really great man ^^, and I hope they all come true And with that , I think that a sequel (if they’re gonna plan on one which makes sense right?) were to happen , it wouldn’t take too long right? I mean , with Jurassic world evolution , it didn’t take super long for a sequel to be announced after it finished right? A year or so tops is when we could get a sequel? What do you think ? Please comment back on this comment and tell me what you think RPReggie ^^, I’d love to chat with you on this video Really great stuff man 👍😎

I agree they may be saving flying birds for the final Planet Zoo DLC. Send it out with a bang. I think it’s likely they’re hitting all the other highly requested animals first.
It is honestly a good strategy, give the majority of the community the animals they really want and in some cases need to make a complete zoo and flesh out the regions of the world, then send the game flying
I really wanted to include it, but I was hesitant, with Forest I already had the Tanuki which in the eyes of many, would be a much more unique inclusion as they climb unlike other canids. But I would love to have the Coyote. Despite the Opossum being more unique in many ways, I could alternate it for a Coyote in the Pacific Northwest Pack and place the Opossum in Woodlands in place of the Bobcat.
@@redpandareggie3642 its difficult ! im a fan of the wild cats but the bobcat is pretty similar to the lynx. but then, im sure some would argue that the coyote is very similar to the wolf and the foxes. honestly my dream animals are fairly boring. i just want a bunch of snakes. there are honestly barely any and the yellow anaconda and the boa constrictor exhibit boxes are SO small. we have king cobra decor in game and no species of cobra! and no arboreal vipers. how am i supposed to make a snake house in these conditions!
