I have a problem, when i look in my phone ( in the game) and i look for students information i cant see anyone faces like i can't see any pic of any student also when i press on any student the game will stop like i can't get out of the phone and continue playing normally cuz everything will just stop and lag

Im kind of scared rn and im disappointed because when i downloaded the file my phone started going crazy and my phone literally had a whole shut down and removed my wifi and restarted by its self after my phone restarted it started saying everything has stopped working and was literally downloading images.. When i deleted the file my phone went back to normal.

Its a storage problem, or your phone is too low for the game. Try it on new devices, or devices that has good storage
