Beautifully said, my friend. Art is a journey and sometimes an unforgiving one, but that's part of the process. I have such a struggle with perfection and not trusting even the "ugly" side that it stops me from progressing. I love that you let everyone know that and not be discouraged by the ugly side of art 😊 These weeklies pages are adorable! I really love the colors and the doodles 😍
Beautiful video! ❤ The horizontal Dutch door is a fantastic layout. I like how you left room for your goals to be visible for the month. One thing I LOVE about ALL your videos is the honesty you share when you talk about or show yourself making a mark that wasn't in your game plan, but thar it happened you don't edit them out! Your philosophy and insight is amazing and so helpful to hear!! You are a balm to artists like me!! Artwork and growing in anything IS NOT perfect. How can it be? We are learning! And along the journery often in reflection we see the learning part, though frustrating at times, was really kind of the best part. There are those ugly stages to get through and what a treat when we persevere and move through those moments of fear. Another blessed message in your video! Thank you so much! ❤
I love your journal and love your honesty. I use my journal as a creative outlet, I've seen me gluing two pages together because I hated the way they turned out but it's part of the process for me and it's helped me to deal with not everything has to be perfect 😊
Love this Weekly setup! I love how much you embraced your mistakes because mistakes is all about learning and improving! It's hard for many to get started when they believe that everything has to be perfect. I can say that I mess up alot during my initial planning in my bujo because I didn't know what layout I wanted but now I just embrace my mistake and just work around it because bullet journal is a journal for you to be open and write your thoughts and idea, not something to be perfect! Wanted to ask give some advice and you should try putting a washi tape on the seams you cut so it doesn't slowly break down the structure of your journal! Excited to see more of your bujo and drawing journey!!!
I love how fun and light your weeklies are. You never fail to amaze me with your work 🥰
