Nitrosodimethyamine NDMA is a carcinogenic impurity preaennt with manufacturing process of ranitidine. NDMA is proved to be carcinogenic in cell lines and not in animals......I personally feel that it is exaggerated fear.........It might be killing of Ranitidine for promotion of other PPI.....this is purely personal opinion ........
