Hai Mam, This question is not related to this topic . It relates to DAILY USE QUESTIONS IN ENGLISH FOR BEGINNERS | Spoken English in Malayalam | Lesson-131
I saw one question in the above (Lesson-131) HOW LONG IS THE TABLE. But can I use "IS" after the " THE TABLE" , I mean can I ask like this " How long the table is" ? If I am not wrong . In some cases I have seen questions like this. But I do not know where it can be used like this.
2) DID YOU GO WALKING THIS MORNING ? can I ask " Did you go FOR walking this morning "?
and next question is from your "അറിഞ്ഞിരിക്കേണ്ട ENGLISH പ്രയോഗങ്ങൾ | SPEAK FLUENT ENGLISH | Ln - 109 |
1) അവൻ ചിരിച്ചുകൊണ്ട് നിന്നു. Can I say " HE STOOD LAUGHING"

You are the best teacher എന്നോ You are one of the best teachers എന്നോ ആണ് പറയേണ്ടത്. best - ന്റെ കൂടെ a ഉപയോഗിക്കില്ല. ഏറ്റവും മുന്തിയ/ഉയർന്ന ലെവൽ കാണിക്കാ൯ superlative form - ന്റെ തൊട്ടുമുമ്പ് the ചേർക്കണം. ഉദാ :-the best, the longest, the smallest, the oldest, the costliest, the brightest, the darkest, the biggest, the dirtiest, the hardest etc.
Eg :- 1).Diamond is the hardest substance in nature.
2).The Nile is the longest river in the world.
3).The Jupiter is the largest planet in the solar system. 🤔😊👍🙏
