Wow! That really was a let down! They teased the Tacoma and then it's a different grill, seats and screen. That was a real let down. The one very interesting thing to me is the TRD Rav4! Coming out with another make of the Rav4. Toyota knows this vehicle has really hit the mark with a lot of people. I think it's going to be a monster once it hits the market. Last year they sold around 425,000 of them and sure to break 500,000 this year.
We recently bought a 2019 Subaru Forester and couldn't be happier. After nearly fifteen years owning Toyota's. They can't hold a candle to what Subaru is up to. Adios Toyota and thanks for the memories.

The Forester interior looks much better than the previous model but your only fooling yourself if you think it is superior to the RAV4. I Own a ‘15 XT and I’ve driven the 2019 while my WRX was in the shop for the 3rd time for an oil leak at less than 50k miles. Used to be a big time Subie Fan... not anymore. Good luck w/ur Forester.
The Rav4 TRD looks promising. My wife is looking to buy a Rav next year. Toyota, please make a trim that blends the hybrid with the offroad! She wants all the terrain-select and offroad capability the adventure/TRD presents for inclimate weather, and the mpg of the hybrid.. It's unfortunate that we have to pick one over the other, a combo of the two would be the perfect vehicle for us.
Tundra test mules have been spotted, and this guy has confirmed a new Sequoia is in the works in another video. Hoping next year they'll have something to show us. Personally I'm more interested in a 6th gen 4Runner, that one is long overdue as well.
Auto makers in the US market don't understand the mark for anyone under 35. Toyota has 4wd small non-hybrid vehicles that get 40+mpg with cargo room. However Toyota USA refuses to bring them to the US market. 4wd is not a necessity but its the main feature US customers look for in States say north of Oklahoma.
Toyota not only needs to redesign the Tacoma, 4Runner, tundra, sequoia, and land cruiser, they also need to redesign that sienna. I get it that’s it’s all for reliability purposes and all but good lord these vehicles are ancient. Also if you’re not going to put turbos fpr an upgraded engine besides hybrids on the RAV4, put at least a V6 on the RAV4
Some false information here as Toyota Canada will not be offering the same options in these vehicles that Toyota USA will. Once again, Canadian Toyota customers have to settle for less? Time for Toyota USA and Canada to offer the same options and products given we have a new trade agreement and the models are produced in both countries and made for both countries. So disappointing. Time for Toyota to embrace Kaizen and deliver...
