random thought: i think it would be really funny if battles 2 had a fast forward button but it only worked if both players pressed it. maybe put a 0/2 at the bottom of the screen, if 1 players turns it on it's at 1/2 but doesn't activate yet, but if the other decides to also put it on then they both get fast forward. probably would be terrible for desync but sounds funny.

Normal ezilis Moab hex targets one Moab and does more damage and smudge cat targets 3 Moab’s but does less damage
The gist is Normal Ezili has a better lvl 3 ability and worse late game of the two. Smudge has the better totem and replaces the necro buff for i believe the life regen passive, along with the weaker early game. I'd say Mid game goes to normal as well due to the value of a good early then, being a stark difference compared to Late which if you earned making it that far doesn't care about your early. Late game being I'd say round 24 or later, Mid being rounds 14-23, in this case to show how much Smudge is a gamble if you cant guarantee a good early with Towers and your Skill due to how long it takes to get yourself secured.

Marketplaces and Central Markets don't regenerate lives, that's a thing you can only do in BTD6 because of Monkey Knowledge. And, Monkey Knowledge doesn't exist in BTDB2.

Yes, hero skins DO affect the gameplay drastically. However, they aren't just a direct upgrade and they have downsides.

if you're running ezili why not keep a bottom farm around for extra lives to spend on her ability?
