FYI: I’ve had severely low iron and it’s literally debilitating. The thing is, we get so used to feeling like we do that we don’t know how truly bad it is. We start to feel lazy and weak willed when it’s our bodies not our minds. So I finally was given Iron Infusions, mine were Injectofer, it took two times and several weeks before I felt the difference and whoooooaaaaa!!!! It’s unbelievable how weak I was before! Like, I didn’t realise how bad it was! So give it some time, and you’ll be amazed how much better you’ll feel. It also helps with hunger and appetite.
I've lost a considerable amount of weight but where I still have a long way to go sometimes I look in the mirror and just feel down on myself, especially after falling off track and not following my diet. I have to constantly fight off the negative thoughts and just keep moving forward. I'm a big believer in positive affirmations and the power of positivity. This past year has been one of the hardest years of my life due to health reasons. And it's been so hard to focus on weight loss even though it's literally like the most important thing I need to do in order to better my health. I'm like my own worst enemy at times. Sometimes I wonder if I subconsciously sabotage myself. Anyways, I know that I will ultimately succeed and get to a healthy body weight and I believe you will too. Much love.
I appreciate how raw and vulnerable you are in these videos. I understand and relate to words on a very deep level. Youre continuing to move forward through all this crap and you haven't stopped and, inspirational as hell. You deserve everything you want babes, the world and more. Congratulations and keep going ❤
👏👏👏 I think you’re doing great with a balanced diet and reasonable calorie deficit! Who are the diet culture haters out there? They can go fly a kite, because doing things in a sustainable way is so important. I’ve been on a medication-assisted (wegovy) weight loss journey for over a year now and I’ve really been enjoying your content! Some people don’t get that medication is just a helpful tool, you still have to put in a lot of hard work! I can tell you are a lady on a serious mission to improve her health. Agree with another commenter that day to day fluctuations are normal, as long as you’re keeping consistent it will pay off 💕💕💕
What you eat does really make a difference with autoimmune. I eat very clean because when I don’t I feel it big time. My lupus flares every time I allow my self real sugar or fried foods. I had to do the elimination diet to target the food groups I can’t tolerate. The main ones for most autoimmune diseases are dairy, sugar, gluten, carbs and processed fats. I’m lucky I can tolerate carbs and dairy but the rest I have to avoid. I’d definitely say maybe try the elimination diet to see what is causing increased inflammation. The less inflammation you have the better you will feel. The diagnosis part is definitely the hardest part! Once you know what you have it will be easier to manage. I always tell everyone you know your body best don’t take your ok when you know you arnt. I now have an amazing team that treats me but it took a lot of self advocacy and pushing them to test or treat me and I have changed doctors a lot to get the best mix of primary, pain management and specialist. As long as you fight for your self and ignore the gas lighting you will be able to manage this ! You are strong and smart you will do great !
Thank for letting us in on these sessions; they’re so informative! Shout out to you for still going and doing the damn thing when even when life is hard because think of how good it will feel once some burdens ease up. You’re gonna be rocking and rolling 😁
My first time watching your videos - sent here by one of the 'Reactors'. I can tell you that you're already a breath of fresh air compared to some of the other crazy ladies who do life/health/weightloss vlogs. I recently lost over 100 lbs with the help of Mounjaro - if you want any info on that experience I'd be happy to share. Looking forward to supporting your journey. Take care. 😊. PS - ohhhhh! You just mentioned you're taking Mounjaro also - awesome!!!
This was really cool to see a session. Thank u for sharing! Plz don’t be discouraged about the scale. If you keep doing the right things, it’ll sort itself out. Also you’re asking a lot of your body rn, between WL and doctor stuff. It’s trying to do a lot, so maybe sometimes dropping weight is lower on its list in Keeping You Going. But I get it, I stay steady for a while then go down, like stairsteps instead of a slope. Annoying! Lol 🙄😂

I think the iron infusion helped some, but idk it didn’t help as much as most ppl described it so that has me a little worried
