TY Alex for addressing my concern(s) both on your other post and here. It really puts more perspective on what I am attempting to do. While I am a simple "artist" of sorts, e.g., I am a guitarist who not only plays but makes simple repairs to these instruments, I have been a woodworker since I was 14 yrs old. In short and with exceptions, I have only "created" very simple projects out of wood that were not someone else's creations or techniques. And even then I usually only put my "spin" on projects more than create said projects out of thin air as you have done. Nonetheless, you have given me a lot of food for thought from which to work and move forward with my limited skillsets. I believe I will succeed with continued tenacity until I win!! Oh, and as a side note, I will continue to lightly nag my "Boss Lady'" as long as it takes to somehow convince her to allow me to enroll in your online school on an annual basis. Just based on some of your occasional free videos - especially the ones that last approximately 1-hr plus - I think I can learn a lot from those kind of online classes. Besides, the Boss knows I won't quit until I am able to enroll. LOL. She has always liked the way I work wood. I just need to convince her I that with some focused work, I believe I can take my woodworking into a whole other genre. I'm keeping my fingers crossed. 🤞 TY again for addressing my question(s) here in this video. It has helped.
True, old-world quality craftsmanship -- and an impressive, highly developed sense of design. Gorgeous work, very impressive. I'll look for future videos and, even as an experienced sculpture myself, expect I'll be taking some of your courses just to see some of your hand tool techniques. Do you offer any one-on-one lessons or consultation for someone who wants to learn certain skills to fill in some gaps in my craft?
