Great use of space. One of the best garage layouts
WOO 144" conversions! We love to see it! I really like the modular bed - for me, I'd want a permanent horizontal bed for the majority of the time, but for fitting a 2nd person having a length-wise option is great!
This is one of the most well thought out layouts I have seen.
Somebody in model railroading came up with phrase "Givens and Druthers" when designing a model railroad layout. Just like vans, one "given" is the available space. I guess another way to prioritize choices is "Must do. Should do. Could do." After viewing dozens of these van conversion videos, many with very clever ideas, and some of the ideas mutually exclusive, I think I know where I would start. And it is just like model railroaders. Deliberately make a list of givens and druthers. Your "givens" may not be the same as others (van size, nominal climate expected, budget, etc.). And your "druthers" will almost certainly be unique to you (big bathroom, ability to load long items, gas or electric this or that, a very long list), It is your personal needs that means there is no single "best" design. I would make a third list of all of the ideas out of a great many videos to lay up against my "givens and druthers" to see what is helpful, what is not, or even what would produce a bad result. And who knows, you may even think up some new idea. You probably don't need planning to be so protracted that you never get your project started. But being deliberate with choices could help achieve a good result. Also, if you don't already have RV living experience, you can rent a camper van and use it for a week or two and will learn a lot about what you like and don't like.

How long is the sleeping length if they dont pull out the bed extension? Such a cool way to add length for someone who is tall! Love it!!!
The air conditioner won’t work. I messed around with one last summer and the unit gets too hot. It would work fine sitting on the ground and blowing the cold air into a tent but it doesn’t work being in the same area you want to cool because it puts off a lot of heat from the housing of the unit.
What is the length of the galley cabinet? The design looks like a 170

I'm sure this isn't the case, but it looks like if you were to pull the toilet out, it would tumble off onto the entrance step. 😟

The bed is 68" wide by 50" deep when not in full bed mode.
