As for my understanding...if Liza doesn't like Quen, then Quen can feel that first and will know the answer. But as you could see Quen, he is happy with Liza, meaning off cam, they have an understanding but on cam, Liza must be very careful of her answers as first thing, her manager, Ogie is always present and might criticise Liza's answers after every interview with her plus the fact that she is under 18 and her dad or aunt who is always present might prohibit her in answering straight to the point so there are some circumstances that we do not know except them. It might be that she was told not to answer directly. If you notice, every time they ask Liza about their personal relationship, she will always look around looking for Ogie and said "ask Tito Ogie" then smile. We do not know what's happening off cam...they might have some kind of understanding but for Quen, the reason why he is very vocal is that he is very "territorial" and would like to let the world know that Liza is off limit...and she is only for him.....that's how I understand it.
