For CC build, you may want to add Lv. 1 Storm Gust, as it has a high chance of freezing enemies.

For that one, you need to have a higher Global Cooldown as it will delay your other skills(Warlock CC skills). On the current Warlock build, the GCD is already ignored by most players and focuses more on Magic dmg, so Storm Gust is situational.

@@L1GHT09 yes, but I don't mind that especially when Tetra Vortex is in cooldown. If Tetra is in cooldown, I use SG and Quagmire for CC. Then if Tetra is active, then I'll use Jack Frost and Earth Strain alternatively.

I think much better you put the both. Chosen one is random but still ok. Still Soul mark and Berserk is much better to have.

Hello sir, is the sigil soul reaper good when doing mvp hunting?

There are some circumstances, sometimes its good because the MVP summons a companions and when you kill it you can gain more dmg but only for small time. I think it's not worth it for mvp, but very good for grinding(AFK)

You should balance both of them. ROO formula is kind of complicated, for example Matk vs targets Mdef, MDMG bonus vs targets MDMG reduction. That is why both of them are essential.

Yes, it may not be as fast as other Physical classes but it can Trigger Mark of Gulveigg.
Skill proc cards like Pitman can help you quicken the stacks.

it gives you more 'chances' of stacking Empower. Can easily get the effect of Mark of Gulveigg.

the chances from Minor and Major Prophecy works individualy. Sometimes both of them will trigger in 1 skill.

I'd still prefer tetra, just adjust the settings to activate when there's 4 orbs. It's also best for grinding/farming.

@@Sianventures My simple advice is if you are confident enough to kill players, go FireWind but if you are just F2P and has lower PVP dmg, its better to just deal crowd control and let your whale allies go for the kills.
