THE AIRPORT IS UNDER CONSTRUCTION BY THE TIME YOU COME BACK, YOU WILL FIND SO MANY CHANGES, AND ANOTHER BIGGER ONE THAN THAT NOE OF ENTTEBBE IS IN HOIMA CITY ALSO UNDER CONSTRUCTION.

Entebbe is not in Kampala, it is Entebbe city because entebbe is a city of its own and kampala is also city of its own

I think she's misinformed maybe just because many countries their international Airport are within the Capital cities but for Uganda it's different
