I do wonder if Samsung will make a Samsung Galaxy A81, the successor to the Samsung Galaxy A80.
It won't use the huge pop up camera like the A80 and go with the punch hole camera. But if they are going to use the pop up camera, it will use the tiny pop up camera similar to Xiaomi phones and Vivo V series phones, it won't take much space like the A80.
There plan is to do A12 A22 A32 A42 A52 A72 NEXT YEAR. AND TGE YEAR AFTER WILL BE A13 A23 A33 A43 A53 A73.

@ML HACKS right brother, samsung may gives us lower capability chipset but the build quality of the phone, the panels, frames, buttons, monthly updates are excellent, China phone start degrading by their own after the first year and user faces many hardware problems within 2 year, and the software updates on China phones bring a lot of bugs too,

At 9:27, as far as the CPU goes, there isn't much between the two.
GPU though, the 21S is considerably faster at 21,762 vs 12,858 which makes the 21S about 70% faster in gaming than the A21.

@@caseyn3519 A21 - day to day use. A51 - mobile games (pubg, codm, fortnite, etc) It really all comes down to that.. (If you're not a mobile gamer I'd recommend you get the A21. I'd also say just save up your money, that way you can get the A51, and not constantly regret you got the A21. (I have the A71 and it's a beast of a phone)

I have the A21. If you don't mind the bottom bezel & aren't really crazy about an "AMOLED" display, this is a GREAT phone. It's fast & I'd recommend it if you don't mind the things I previously mentioned.

Thanks for the comparison! I hear a lot of hype surrounding these Amoled/Oled displays. I've been reading that they're at higher risk of screen burn-in compared to lcd displays. If so, I'd much rather choose an lcd display with slightly lower resolution. For someone like me who has been using a five year old phone until recently, I doubt I'd even notice the difference.

Trust me bud, you would be suprised to how much good OLED can be, especially when watching movies in the dark
I got this phone as well but unless you really hate yourself I don't see why you would keep it for 5 years. It's good for the price but putting up with the low storage, lackluster performance, unreliable cameras and dim-ass screen for that long is not something I'm willing to do, upgrading next year for sure. It also overheats like crazy. This is not a long-term phone.

I would have recommend the A31 for all the folks going for the A21 but the A31 has got a teardrop notch which kind if looks exactly like last year's A series. So this year the A series is kind of confusing!

@@joeslacker1020 for especially pictures and videos the galaxy A51 is amazing....but if you wanted a bit more performance go for the A71....or wait for a few months for the new line of galaxy a series of 2021

I'm coming from a s5 with a super amoled display and I recently got the a21s with the LCD display. I really couldn't tell the difference between the two until I started watching tech videos with the comparisons.

@@ladym1686 It's good. Had it for maybe 3 months or almost 3now. Runs smoothly, only glitched 2 or 3 times the most. Had one software update since I've gotten it, not sure if I can again now. If you're looking for like a very high end camera quality, probably not the best, but it's still a good camera in my opinion, definitely not terrible. I'm not a heavy gamer so I can't judge specs in that department. I play Asphalt 8 a lot and it runs smoothly, at least to me. So yah. Not sure if more is needed.

Hahaha. Ive got my mum the a20, shoulda bought 2! I also bought an a30. And man, they look amazing! Is the a21s at least amoled??? Lcd is just horrible compared to oled screens. If u want a phone, make sure its super amoled. Youllnoticethe difference in everything u do on it.

I left the Apple store trying to get my iPhone 7 Plus battery replaced. They told me they couldn’t replace the battery without replacing the screen due to a scratch. 240 bucks for both. I said no thanks. So in anger I walked to Best Buy and bought the A21 for 190 bucks as a hold me over device. After the getting use to Android period I’m never going back to Apple. This phone does everything an iPhone can do and is more customizable and way better cellular connectivity.

For a mid-range smartphone, I don't think that's bad. With a mid-range smartphone you have to reckon with compromises. If you can see over it this is really a great smartphone! 😊

I bought a samsung a21 online it arrives in four days for $100 at walmart.
I have the Galaxy A20 and I don't see the point in upgrading to the A21s. I get 125636 in antutu and 270 Single core 1005 in multi core in geekbench so there's really no performance difference. I couldn't give up amoled not to mention I think the A20 is getting android 10 and one ui 2.0 . I agree with your statement that it's probably better to go a bit higher

@@joeslacker1020 I would think of the iPhone se 2020. Right now is a tough spot to recomend because it's the end of the year and many models are getting a refresh in a month or 2 .

By paying just the difference of Rs.500/- A21s is lot more better than A21.
100% guess but given that as you say the A20's screen was so much better, especially for a budget phone, maybe Samsung realized that it was too good? Like, a budget phone gets budget parts and that's not a budget part. So they didn't use it in the A21.
The S for me mainly becos the bigger battery.
Gaming is not 4 me as 80% of my usage is on RUclips, Fb and messaging.

Yep. Amoled is beautiful. I can't even upgrade my mom's A20 because the screen is so good. Even the A32 5G doesn't have amoled & the A42 is out of the price range. It's a shame the a20 is still relevant.
Is so confused as to why Samsung needs to have seperate models of the same phone for both the North American and International Markets. Why not just launch the same phone here in the U.S. and make your line up simpler to produce and sell?

I have A21S . Its good phone only thing disappoints me its size. Its huge and really difficult to use with one hand

You invested the money in right place bro, M31 has better and sharp display, better processor and better cameras compared to A21s... You made the right choice, M31 just lacks in terms of security (KNOX security) and additional flagship features (Edge lighting, edge screen, secure folder etc)
Edit.: the plastic used to built M31 is also of cheaper quality than A series phone,, rest other is fineeeeee👌🏼😍

I had the A20 i really loved that phone ....but it was stolen then I shortly after upgraded well thought I was upgrading to the A21 which I really like the look of the phone the 4 camera set up and color was fine but I then herd about the screen change spec wise the guy sold me that it was better than the A20 but im not as satisfied but I still love Samsung products so hey ....no complaints

a21s isnt supposed to work with verizon in the us but the website i found says you can use the a21s with verizon in the us.

Does anyone know how to stop this phone from lighting up (when the screen is off) when text messages come in? It's driving me crazy. There is no "Ambient Display". There also is nothing under "lock screen" that I can find that will turn this off.
