I know once I basically took life in my own hands and tried to make it whatever I wanted I know things had changed dramatically. My life is absolutely nothing like it was before, much harder but I know that it’s in my best interest to take care of myself as much as possible and to try not to depend on others as much. I know that I will still need others but it’s on my terms. I can make a choice whether I want to entertain someone in my life or not instead of I have to do this or I have to do that because that is what is expected of me because this is really not my life, my life belongs to someone else because this is where I’m at. When I feel I need to relax I do so when I need it and everything is going to have to wait until I get back to my senses. I don’t really have conditions like I had before because I made it my life and I’m going to do what I need and what I want to do. I don’t live in someone else’s way of life anymore. I mean it’s somewhat similar but now I have to make it what I want and need to do. I don’t have to live in someone else’s shadow because there isn’t a shadow to live in, it’s just my shadow now, if that makes any sense. I also have a lot of stresses because like I said I have to do it on my own now and whatever decisions I make will be strictly up to me and sometimes I make poor choices but I can usually make things right. I have many days that I feel like I’m ready to jump out of my skin and one false move I will be out of control and to tell the truth I think people around me knows that I can snap at any moment because I think that they can see the stress that I’m carrying but I try not to break because I don’t want to take anything out on someone that doesn’t deserve to be treated wrong just because I’m feeling like a crazy person at the moment. I usually have a calm demeanor about myself but on the inside sometimes I feel like a crazy person that is out of control and I don’t want to see the crazy person come out and I don’t want anybody else to see the crazy person but sometimes life has just been so trying and hard and when I feel like that, I just take it one step at a time until I can get through this feeling and that crazy person is nowhere to be found and I can just relax. Your like me, you just need to let things go. I know life can be so uncertain because there are so many things that can change the direction that you are headed in. I know I can keep doing what I’m doing but sometimes things just change but luckily enough I can usually go with the flow and make it so that crazy person doesn’t show up. Sometimes change has been disappointing but sometimes it’s been a pleasant surprise and ends up being better than I thought it would so I guess it’s best to keep somewhat of an open mind. I don’t have to live in someone else’s shadow because there isn’t a shadow to live in, it’s just my shadow now, if that makes any sense. I also have a lot of stresses because like I said I have to do it on my own now and whatever decisions I make will be strictly up to me and sometimes I make poor choices but I can usually make things right. I have many days that I feel like I’m ready to jump out of my skin and one false move I will be out of control and to tell the truth I think people around me knows that I can snap at any moment because I think that they can see the stress that I’m carrying but I try not to break because I don’t want to take anything out on someone that doesn’t deserve to be treated wrong just because I’m feeling like a crazy person at the moment. I usually have a calm demeanor about myself but on the inside sometimes I feel like a crazy person that is out of control and I don’t want to see the crazy person come out and I don’t want anybody else to see the crazy person but sometimes life has just been so trying and hard and when I feel like that, I just take it one step at a time until I can get through this feeling and that crazy person is nowhere to be found and I can just relax. Your like me, you just need to let things go. I know life can be so uncertain because there are so many things that can change the direction that you are headed in. I know I can keep doing what I’m doing but sometimes things just change but luckily enough I can usually go with the flow and make it so that crazy person doesn’t show up. Sometimes change has been disappointing but sometimes it’s been a pleasant surprise and ends up being better than I thought it would so I guess it’s best to keep somewhat of an open mind. I have been through some stuff so I’m pretty apprehensive about stuff because I do have trust issues which sometimes I don’t even trust myself now.
