Karachi used to be amazing in the '70s. Since then it has deteriorated due to corrupt governments. But the people keep the old traditions going.
I bet it was so different back then too, would have been amazing to experience. It’s nice to see someone of the old traditions still there today

Interesting video. Firstly i applaud you both for the great patience you showed in Karachi. Its a mad abnormal city. One of the most hectic chaotic places on this planet. I cant imagine how loud it is. Nevertheless an experience that shows the diversity of Pakistan. Its a major upgrade to Lahore in terms of chaos. Sukkur looked a garden of Eden infront of this mayhem. Stay safe from street food.
I am from Islamabad, Last time i went to Karachi i witnessed (Air, Ground, Noise) pollution, mad traffic, chaos, junkies, madness & got sick after eating in a wedding. I decided never to go back. Its still a very important city but its not my kind of a city & im sure its not your kind of a city.
Overall the vlog was very enjoyable. No doubt there is never a dull moment in Pakistan. Im really waiting for your North Pakistan videos.

Definitely..this city can drive you mad..NYC is quite similar to it..except the law and order and cleanliness of course..lol..but this city can just such u in. There are very few places like it..Karachiites have a harder time living in places like Islamabad cause they are too tame..plus you can't even buy decent biryani at 2 in the morning..😂
First time in Karachi can be very overwhelming as the city is massive and diverse I hope you found things which you enjoyed and as the city expands the older parts are started to disappear so it's a city which you always find something new every visit
Yeah we were shocked when we first arrived, we expected it be the city most used to foreigners but it’s the city we got asked for the most selfies 😂
@@AshAndDan. oh no. The most popular city for foreigners would be Islamabad. Many immigrants from abroad live there. It's honestly less overwhelming. I don't know if you have been there yet but you should try. But yeah, i haven't seen a single foreigner in Karachi but it's common in islamabad

The street food was awesome in Karachi! We have some vlogs on this still to come 😄 We also really enjoyed the hotel! It was clean and comfortable, breakfast was also nice too. Hope you have a great time when you visit!

Honestly, as a Karachiite i have to say stop going to boring places haha. People go to Mazar-e-quaid for picnics etc not just to look. There is nothing much fun about staring at a building no matter how beautiful. I would say you guys cannot deal with Karachi because it's hardly a livable place for us much less y'all from developed countries. We know how to have fun here, which btw doesn't really include visiting these places necessarily. Hopefully, you went to a good beach later on(please no sea view), some higher-end restaurants. I am not saying this to ridicule but of course, you keep getting sick from street food(even though we avoid many stalls here), go for more expensive places if you want higher standards. Empress market is really not a market for tourists, it's sort of like our weekly bazaars(though they are cleaner than this as far as i have seen) where people get stuff for cheap. Cheap prices means cheap quality. So yeah. I think you should have visited Emaar, kolachi, do darya, hawks bay beach etc and of course for more traditional stuff some places in the east side. Well...that was a lot of unsolicited advice but i have to say i felt frustrated with you haha
If you go to market,have conversation with local vendors and buy something with them. You did the opposite. You are VLOGGIER and you expect your video to be seen by millions of people

Overall the country is not 100% corrupt but no doubt Karachi & this sindh region has a corrupt system. Sindh Government is fully corrupt.
