It's one of those decks where you really have to experience it to believe it. And I didn't even get whole combo off with Raphael making everything Level 1 in this video. It's a great deck and I'm excited to see how it evolves with set 3 cards. -Jacob
@@alcrx5 so basically on the pop off turn when I killed Clavis with Nemesis, Raphael wouldve put 4 of Dave's spirits to Level 1 - from Clavis' cores and the cores from Cathedral all going to reserve - and I wouldn't have had to use so many spells to wipe the board. Also, Raphael is there solely for its last ability paired with Nemesis to make things level 1 so running 2 costs doesn't really matter. -Jacob
Okay that was an awesome game, and the way you presented/commentated it was excellent man, honestly excellent! I've watched a lot of gameplay vids and none come close to your level of clarity and explanations. You've definitely earned the like and sub! I'm also very keen to try out this deck! Given that you've likely used it quite a bit, how often do you find yourself bricking and/or being unable to ramp like you did in this game. Seems like maybe if you don't get an early Cathedral then it could be troublesome but I'm keen to do my own testing with it either way! Keep up the content man!
Thank you so much for the kind words they mean more than you know! To answer your question, there are definitely times the deck can draw too many Nexus/spells, and not enough spirits. The mulligan rate for this deck is pretty high cause you really need to see some early game plus at least a Swamp to start drawing. But the payoff is huge. Since this video released, I've added hippocampo for some more early game and it definitely helps a bit. Set 3 will help even more with Costume Artist helping to draw cards and proc Cathedral for you. Stay tuned for a video on the updated list! -Jacob
@MainDeckMastersllc Hey it's no problem mate, I'm all for supporting this game and anyone who covers it, especially when it's to this standard of quality. Can't wait for the updated list! I've thought of another tech/option to get Raphael's ability every single turn even if none of your spirits get destroyed to return cores, and it'd also help with swift cards and magics too. Think it'd work well but we can say that about 100 cards, it's all about finding what's giving the best results. 👌🏻
It can be rough some times if you draw poorly. Thats why I've made a few more tweaks to it to help the early to mid game out a bit. I've been playing it almost exclusively for about two weeks now so I'm pretty comfortable with it, esp after the tweaks. -Jacob
It can be tricky vs Terry's for sure. You've gotta get set up quickly and play the "I can block" game early. Trying to get BF for the early Scorched is essential, and only playing Beldegore when absolutely necessary so they don't get infinite value from SBD. It's a hard match-up but Terry's is always a hard match-up. -Jacob
The quality of this video was incredibly high, keep up the great work guys!
Subbbbbed!!! Clean video, clean explanation. Good feedback on the plays as they happened. This was GOLD. Thanks for making this video!
Thanks for watching and for the kind words! More videos to come! -Jacob
This list is actually just so insane I love it lol
It's so much fun. In my current list I found space for Hippo to help out with the early game and it's even better (for me.) -Jacob
Yes. More ppl are following. Lol
I was more than a little surprised at how well this list worked... great game!

What an intense game it was, also the nemesis combo is amazing🔥
I really wish I had been able to get Raphael out and show how cracked he is in this deck. -Jacob
Able to explain the Raphael combo? Also, since you have Raphael have you thought about having a cost 2 card in the deck?@@MainDeckMasters

@@MainDeckMasters Ok, makes sense. Have any ideas for set 3 additions for this deck?
@@alcrx5 definitely putting in Costume Artist and Flagellum. And probably siding out Prison for Flood Stream. -Jacob

Do you feel confortable with this déck ? I agree that a beautifull magic here... How do you feel in early game ?

I'd love to see this played against some of the meta decks to see how it does. I'll probably play it at my locals for fun.
We can definitely do that. -Jacob
What was the side dexk of the guy who got 9th ?
2 Snowflaken, 1 Pegacyone, 1 Bac, 2 Drag, 2 Theft, 1 Giantwood Castle, 1 Dream Bomb
lol fun and agreed
Purllow best deck❤
