Small mistake at 09:57: (details at the bottom of this post to avoid spoilers) This tended to be a rather uninteractive and anti-climactic matchup during playtesting as both decks' primary wincons are setting up for OTK, so 1 deck usually demolishes the other before it can do anything substantial. However, Loogamon's is less reliant on the opponent's field (Plesio needs the SA+ from Crys to be a threat) so they definitely had the advantage. It took a while to get a match with some degree of back and forth and, as expected, involved some degree of Security luck. So while I managed to film a match with some interaction I could showcase, do take it with a pinch of salt as it is not very represenstative of how this matchup usually goes. In any case, it seems our BT14 finalists are confirmed and I am definitely adding some Mental Training to my next Gomamon recipe. 09:57 mistake: Fenrir shouldn't be able to Alliance with the other Fenrir as it no longer has from Eiji in source.
This was a close one. Spoilers: While i expected fenri to win i was worried with how the deck plays a bunch of sourceless digimon which blue could take advantage of. Especially with that strange turn one from the looga deck. But it seems that looga and its extra body shenanigans won again. Also, 2 rust vids this week is somthing to celebrate. Excited to see how the tournament ends
Thank you for showing the Gomamonn B14 Deck. Looks really fun and can counter many digimon which could be considered un affected to destroy or removal to the hand.
Fenriloogamon is just ridiculous. Bringing back three Digimon from trash, deleting pretty much anything they have to unsuspend, granting 2 more memory thsn you should have - and that's before any other effects from inheritables or anything. Just wild!
With the semifinals reaching the second half, everyone is wondering who will go up against the goliath D-Brigade/DigiPolice union. The winner here will be the likely favorite of the audience as they hope to see them triumph over the 'antagonist' of hte tournament. And neither will be rejected, for their own reasons. Will Joe and Gomamon prevail, leading to a rematch between the Digidestined and Satsuki's allied forces? Or will Eiji and Loogamon, clear targets of Satsuki's wrath, be the ones to confront what is being seen as a clear abuse of power by law enforcement? And are there any merits to the Digi-Police's worries of the Sons of Chaos seeking their own goals in the tournament?
Small note at 2:00. You say you trash Phascomon to delete Gomamon. But you don't actually have to trash anything if you don't want to. HelLoogarmon deletes a level 3 on it's own. Trashing only raisies the level cap.
I'm a little confused, but does the turn immediately end once the memory passes over to your opponents side? Or can you play more cards at will of you want even though your past that threshold?
Man, that was a close match for Joe. Nevertheless, those two gave their hardest in this match And Fenrir is really gonna be the top dog to win this tournament
Blind Commenting to say I hope Gomamon wins. Will edit this after watching. Edit: Loogamon is fucking nuts. Can't believe he'll be getting more support in the future.
Logamon straight stat checking decks with its barfing of abilities. Does jijimon effect, deletes opponents, gains as much memory as an alphamon.Makes anything pre bt9 laughable
Well no surprises there. Whilst I'm looking forward to BT14 I am really not lookign forward to playing against that Loogarmon deck. It does not look fun.
Honestly watching bt14 has made me very sour on the game as a whole. This format seems so cookie cutter and saccy. I really feel as though bandai isn't introducing any diversity into the game. It's all just different colors of otks and +security attack on everything

@ 05:28 how are you able to play analog boy when the memory passed to 2 ?
@@DubMoodyAnimeStep FenriLooga's 3rd effect: [Your Turn] The condition for ending the turn becomes your opponent having 3 or more Memory
As much as I was rooting for Gomamon; the moment you managed to set up loogamon in the breeding area; It was basically over
Whilst it sucks Joe lost, I’m all for Fenriloogamon just owning the place. Those frozen Digimon exacting revenge through alliance was fun.
This was a close one.

Yea Looga's starting hand was not great at all... In fact if they didn't have Analog Youth as their top Security, the outcome might have changed
I can't wait for the EX5 showcase, I want to see Gracenovamon tear right through the ladder

@@rustmarrowI was meaning to ask it. It’s a good one.

Well, this match was set in stone from the beginning, but I’m sad we won’t see Brave Heart in the finals. Maybe BT15
You can do this, Loogamon!
Also, first.
Woof. That was rough. My man went the distance, but what can you do I guess.
I mean lugermon is just so freaking powerful I'm glad Joe got to put him so close to game but dang those evolveines are op as all get out
It's why he's one of the two decks I'm planning on building for BT14. The other's Rosemon.

Looks like a Satsuki Vs Eiji match-up in the finals is confirmed. Just really hope that Satsuki can put up enough walls to prevent Eiji from winning.
I am quite pleased with the outcome of this match.
Where is this plataform for play?

why did you stop with vanguard ?

I said it once, and I’ll say it again…
FenriLoogamon is just purple Alphamon at full power. Counterplay? What counterplay?
Fitting considering the lore. Just wait until it gets the Kazuchimon jogress that's a counterpart to Ouryuken.
quitting tcg there´s a counter
@@gorrem123 Nah, BT14 will still be an absolute blast. Just gotta pray the meta stays as wide and varied as it has in BT13 so far.
My two deck in bt14 will fight against other. I am happy with any of them but hope more for looga.
I knew before the vid even came out that it was Joever :(
Is there a better combo than Helloogamon+Analog Boy? Loogamon is a fun deck to watch getting all the combo potential off it's like a high every time.
Its too good...
Funny that in every match that an ace was used that team lost 🤔😂

Yes!!!! Loogamon won!!!!

9:57 you shouldn't have been able to use alliance since you dont eiji in source anymore
OH RIGHT, thanks for pointing that out! Fortunately it's just a small mistake which doesnt affect things much
@rustmarrow you're welcome, but once again another awesome video. I really love getting to see all these decks getting showcased
I saw that. But it really didn't matter since joe didn't have any blockers and with 2 blackgatomon with rush it was over

For real... Looking forward to batches of future support tho!

I feel... getting tired of running them
