Article 371 of the Constitution of India, which provides special provisions for certain states, cannot be considered for application in Ladakh as a Union Territory (UT). Since Ladakh is a UT without a legislature, it does not fall within the scope of the constitutional safeguards and provisions intended for states under Article 371.
High time to consult a constitutional lawyer to get out of these hit and trials.
The years lost by unemployed educated youths in these confusions is a sorry state of affairs.
