I'm late but here you have the story explained by a person whose English is really bad (aka me) (I hope you'll understand something, if you won't you can look on the GHOST-P wiki)
So here you have the characters from the songs:
- Rotary Dial - Frances
- Black and White - Henry
- Housewife Radio - Nancy
Frances is Henry's mother. She had him when she was pretty young, and Henry's dad left her when he heard about the kid. So Henry grew up without a father. Frances was abusive. One day, Henry met Nancy, a girl with color synesthesia (when she heard things, she saw colors). Her family wasn't supportive and she had to do anything on her own. Henry and Nancy became friends. Years later, they decided marry, their marriage being a platonic one. Henry cut contact with Frances and they moved into a new city. They had a weird neighbor named Ray, but he didn't really bother them. Some time after, Frances started to call Henry, telling him that she changed. Henry didn't want to talk to Frances, but Nancy said that it's not a bad idea if they try. (Also, all the people on the street had a common phone line or how the fuck do you call it). So Frances came or something, she talked with them, she was really nice. But after some time, she started telling Henry that his wife is crazy or something and she told Nancy that her husband is crazy or something. They finally talked with each other about this, realized that Frances lied and they had some kind of fight on telephone. All the neighbors heard this fight, and Ray found an... Opportunity. One night, Henry woke up and went to drink some water. But Ray was there. He st4bb:3d Henry many times, to make it look like a cr1m:3 committed at anger. When Nancy woke up, she saw her husband d:34d, she called the police, but after they interrogated more people, she got blamed for it. After Henry's d:34th, Nancy was slowly going crazy. She heard his voice's colors in the radio and she was sure he will return alive. After some time, she finally realized that this wasn't his voice. Even if she didn't remember k1ll1ng Henry, she couldn't live with the guilt and she huɳɢ herself. That's the story (the 2017 version). I hope you understand something from my explanation :)
