Amen that very truth has led me through some very dark days and keeps reminding me even when the enemy tries to lead me back to that darkness that the Lord Jesus delivered me from. Thank you Lord Jesus for showing me this truth personally. I ask that those still in bondage to that lonely and tormenting darkness will begin to understand this truth as well. A Jewish Historian, Flavius Josephus, who was not a a Christian, wrote about Jesus and John the Baptist and a few of the disciples/apostles. So it’s not a matter of whether Jesus was real, it’s whether you believe those who wrote about him, or whether he is the Son of God, the unblemished lamb who died on the cross for everyone’s sin, or just some dude who wanted to die on a cross for no apparent reason. What a beautiful arrangement! This world offers nothing for me that Jesus hasn't already made available by the finished work represented through the cross.
