Hello Sir, President can create/alter/exclude Scheduled Area so is it discretionary power or President has to act on the advice of the prime minister and cabinet for this matter as well?
My opinion you should go for english medium. Cuz u are good in it. You will shortly overcome the problem of words that u would've heard in hindi but not in english of Sst. Concepts are same in hindi as well as english so that wouldn't be a prblm for you. All the best.
