I love that she stayed true to the original version of the song and did not try to oversing and impress with all the runs and other stuff she can do. I rarely enjoy a Whitney song that is not sung by Whitney, but in this case it just transported me back in time. 😍🥰❤
I have always loved David Foster especially when he worked with Diane Warren. I think seeing this speaks volumes to how these new singers have no memorable classics or music that makes an impact. They are known for singing other people’s songs. I don’t believe anyone could name one of her hits, or songs…..yet always on stage playing karaoke!
How bout you go watch her recent purple skies tour videos before you just diminish her to a karaoke singer. Tori has grown a lot as an overall performer, plus she was invited because of her talents not because of how many hits she has (even if I think she should be way bigger personally).
