Bus can be any type of bus ranging from 20 Seater to 60 Seater MultiAxle Bus..
Eg City Bus ..
Usually used for intracity travelling
Coaches are buses with more comfortable seating which may include sleeper berths as well ..
They ply between two cities
Or you can say they are used for intercity travelling from one city to another

I think it is called customisation as requirements especially the interior and exterior graphics varies operator and operator.Where the one which VRL yellow black colour equipped interior and exterior and KSRTC blueish body exterior (purple for exterior graphics ) and blackish colour interior are my favourites..
