와 광쩌우에서 서랍형 찜기로 재료를 첨부터 넣어서 찌는건 자주 먹어봤는데 여기방식은 좀더 옛 스럽네요. 개인적으로 무척 좋아하는 음식.고수가 익숙해지기 전까진 항상 부야오상차이를 외쳤지만 ^^;;
