theory: when taeyeong sits on jin's lap it takes a split second for jin to realize he's in public and makes a face. he's always harsh with other members whenever they initiate the the physical contact or whenever they mess with him. however whenever taeyeong does it he never hits him. also all the members don't seem that surprised when taeyeong sits on jin's lap. and taeyeong always wears jin's jackets. what my super legit detective skills see is that (1) taeyeong sits on jin's lap occasionally during practice (or whenever the members are around) so that's why they seem so unfazed, (2) jin never hits taeyeong whenever he messes with him even though taeyeong is the maknae because jin has a soft spot for taeyeong, (3) jin makes someone else pull taeyeong off his lap since jin doesn't want to, (4) taeyeong wears jin's jacket but is the only one that gets to because jin favors him(?). it's real guys.
LIKE COME ON HAVE YOU SEEN THEIR MANSAE COVERS? Jin has a part where he has to hug taeyeong and it's literally the cutest thing ever. he changes it up every time so there might be times where he ruffles his hair or he backhugs him or he smells his hair/neck or he holds tae by the face and put their foreheads together or even taeyeong hugs jin and jin gets super flustered (cutest thing ever btw). however whenever taeyeong isn't there, jin always never does it. usually you fill in the spot because someone else always filled in all of taeyeong's dancing parts but no one ever fills in that part.
also just a tip, whenever taeyeong and jin are in a dance, watch that video twice because there's a lot of stuff that happens that you wouldn't catch at once. for ex: in SUPERFLY, taeyeong usually doesn't dance. jin comes off a lot when his part is over and talks with taeyeong. people might call it a "break" but jin stays in the back the whole time during superfly unless it's his part to dance. however, when taeyeong isn't there, waiting in the back, jin never comes off to rest for long and stays in the back for only a few seconds before dancing again. call me crazy but i'm pretty sure that jin only "rests" for a long time when taeyeong is there waiting. K MY FEELS RANT IS OVER BYE.
