Khat is a natural amphetamine, it is a mild stimulant . The stimulant is contained on the leaves and shoots ( cathine and cathinone) . It is more active in less exposure to oxygen. Khat is not addictive. And also khat doesn't cause impotence. The WHO tried to do a biased research and it turned out (non comprehensive)
I have been indulging in the chewing, and as compared to artificial stimulants and pharmaceuticals, khat is far much safer.
Cheers Brian.
And shout out to boma noma.
He's interesting, highly intelligent and knowledgeable.
Very
ITS ADDICTING!
It must be for Brian is chewing it on every video.
Take him to Igembe in Meru county, he will enjoy our green gold straight from the shamba. He is such a vibe, He understands our green gold very well, including the types.
Kabsa
Buen día. Gracias por compartir experiencias tan significativas de esta cultura. Saludos desde Colombia
Greetings from kenya
My favorite people.
Thx for sharing what you were eating on your last video. I think it’s a bit harsh to call him horrible. I think he came off kind of rude by continually chewing during the interview in his last video. I think he’s very knowledgeable, kind, friendly, but antsy at times. He loves his wife, bc he loves her and she loves in return. He’s not hurting anyone with his love of Khat. Let him live his life the way that he likes as long as he doesn’t cause any harm to anyone. I was only interested in what he was eating, bc he never stopped chewing during the entire video 😂 and he has given so much back to children and ppl in need. I like him he’s so funny even while showing her the Miraa farm
Exactly he is real and unfiltered..people nowadays are so accustomed to “Fake” & “Scripted” and you’re Not going to see Brian acting to Please Anyone! The man is in his own Paradise and happy and that’s all that matters! I prefer someone tell me the raw truth especially if they are living what they are doing and speaking about! Cheers Brian 👏🏽🇯🇲
He seems hyperactiv
Miss rehel i like this muzungu so confident
Very
He is an intelligent young man
So glad you put this video together, hopefully those who hadn't warmed to him, will warm to now. I liked this interview Miss Reche :)
I still didn’t warm up to him…..lots of narcissistic vibes….it was rude of him to be chewing continually through an interview with his leg up in from of a female interviewer.
I hope so too!
Kenyans should do something and be aware of these type of Muzungus who come to Kenya and take drugs and take advantage of the Kenyan people especially their children - this man said he worked with street children - I would not trust him - Kenyans wake up- just because somebody is a Muzungu does not mean they can be criminal and harmful
IT IS TRUE,
It's all to each their own.
He’s addicted
Yes it looks like it
Not really
it seems you are woefully naive of the stages of drug addiction @@missreche
I feel sorry for his wife and child being with an addict - did you see how crazy and without a break he was chewing khat- his wife seems so innocent - he is taking advantage of her @@namastea
Yes and he’s narcissistic
I can encourage muzungu to go igembe meru County and buy a piece of land with miraa plants
@rachelsoollmueni...thanks for directing him to the right place where our gold is in plenty
Mzungu can you make it as a tea? Lol
Jaba limpueza to the universe❤
Kabsaa
❤❤❤
What is it like for your husband to go w/o when visiting family in America? Or do you somehow try to sneak it in?
Your videos are of great inspiration 👍, I love you sister good work
Thank you so much 😀
@@missreche always support
I think miraa is prohibited in Rwanda😊
He is talking too much 😂😂😂😂
If you can’t stop chewing this stuff during an interview, there’s a problem.
I once chewed it for 24 hrs straight .
@@stephenngethe4886alafu ulilala after how many days?
@@LolLol-ow5tp 48 hrs of sleep healed me
Well his partner seems lovely 🤔
I would love his company on chewing it
Very fun 😊😊😊
Yeah
You are very addicted on your last video. You spend 30 minutes chewing it.
I used to chew it in Israel in my youth; as I hung out with, and eventually married into the Yemenite Jewish community . My wife’s family didn’t chew qat, but other friends did so I did it with them. It is legal in Israel and common among certain populations, Yemenite background Jews, Ethiopian Jews or non-Jews, and Somalis.
Legal in Kenya too
it maybe legal but it is a drug @@missreche
@@caribcarib4337your enslaved by what you know(ignorance has no cure)drugs are in pharmaceuticals...herbs are plants..amarula is a plant...there is intoxicating honey too...add Mary j to the mix... they are all medicinal plants
Ha ha 😂 it's been called chatt in Ethiopia....and it's legal... U can see eating everybody especially afternoon...
I never had it ,or test it but those who does love it 😜...
Evening chill time in small shopping centres 😂
Khat has been classified as a narcotic in Sweden since November 1, 1989.
It is big time. Poor guy he is addicted.
This the first comment here!
I never thought kath tree is that small. You don't have to spend money on it.
Its handas not addiction..
This guy is fckd up😅😅😅😅😅😅
Ele tem um comportamento aparente de uma pessoa com TDAH,bem hiperativo ,inquieto e provavelmente essa planta medicinal deixa ele mais focado.
Sure
"the khat leaf is not illegal in the U.S but the drug in the khat leaf- Cathinone is a schedule controlled substance - making it the most tightly regulated in the U.S"
Cathine and Cathinone are a natural occurring amphetamine.
They play a role in stimulating the nervous system part of the brain- the exact same way tea or coffee does.
Get a life!!!!!!
Really? Not sure about eating it. Why do you need it? It sounds a little addictive to me??
Not really you chew when you need to chill 🤣 and vibe 😊
It is not addictive. Jesus had even told the disciples to chew bitter herbs so that they don't fall asleep during they mountain prayer. Jesus was actually referring to khat. Khat is indigenous, under the catha-edulis family.
@@kenyanprepperPlease quote that scripture...I disagree🙏
@@missliz_ Read through Mathew (the prayer at Gethsemane) and Luke . From the passover night. Take your time.
@@kenyanprepper I've read it through and through ...it says " Get up and pray ,so that you will not fall into temptation" No where does Jesus tell them to chew herbs. He tells them to pray. 🙏
Let's be careful not to quite scriptures wrongly.👍
His breath must smell constantly chewing this.....right?
Handas ya musungu ni organic 😂😂
😂😂😂😂😂😂😂 No way
I think he has more problems than chewing khat(miraa).
I guess its addictive just like any other plant based drug. Like marijuana and opium are all plant based and are addictive. Just my opinion. 🎉🎉 They're called narcotics or inline of that drug
🇯🇲🇯🇲🇯🇲🇯🇲🇯🇲🇯🇲🇯🇲🇯🇲🇯🇲🇯🇲🇯🇲🤴👰♂🤴
I HEARD ERECTILE DYSTFUNCTIONS AFTER LONG PERIOD OF TIME
Be careful with that, don't eat to much
Miraa is like any drug😂! Maybe he is addicted to it!😂
Not really chilling and vibing
Be careful moderation is key! Drink Organic Ganja JAHRASTAFARI
soo disappointed !!! ... I think, stimulation or good feelings have to come from inside!!!! ....😕
..... he is not a good role model for his beautiful daughter, his wife.....or anyone!!!
You spend a few minutes on your phone watching this recorded video and then you decide and judge the guy's life's worth and essence,? What are you, a good role model or a cyber bully?
C' amon! Give us a break!
He's high on the hath. Shameful.
I try never to judge and when he was being criticized I thought my opinion about adhd etc was correct...I was wrong he's using it as stimulus...no comment 😊
I reported this video for promoting the drug miraa- why are you promoting drug use
Miraa is not a drug! Its a cash crop tha thousands of families depend on for a living.
it is - it is a stimulant and people get addicted - people should find jobs to earn money - making money off of drugs is haram @@kendiiringo5857
You must be having some really tough times,
I am praying for you to find a purpose in life and be happy. You are so bitter with yourself.
How can you report a cash crop that is a big part of our country's economy, our president has even been on record chewing. You must have some serious nerve.😢
