We were there in july 2019 in Gibara cottage near to central building. It was normal, with ocean view, the bath in our flat was 3***, restourants were 4***, beach was 5*****. It is interesting to have excursions, but they are expensive. We paid 1800 euros (cucks) for 5 excursions for 4 persons each. But they were wonderful. From Russia with love !!!
