I've actually done that. your stomach starts hurting. then you will pass out walking out of the gym. maybe knock down an expensive painting on the wall. it will all go cold and black but you might still hear something and talk saying you don't want an ambulance 😂 then slowly you start coming back to normal and get yourself up again.
@@albertov137 Hahaha happened to me before where 3 ladies kept training around me, I remember I hit back, I trained so hard I went to puke twice and kept going lol. It's great motivation LOL felt like I was gonna pass out after so sat in the gym lounge for a good 30 minutes to start feeling normal again before I went home
