    Jo log ye likh rhe hain ki fruit sabjia mehngi hain. Wo log ye dekhe ki ghar mein kitna oil use krte hain deep fry ke liye, kitne masale , kitni bar mahine mein restaurant jate hain ya chaat , tikki khate hain. Kitni chai patti aur chinni aati hai ghar pe. Biscuit bujia kitne ki aati hai. In sabka month ka kharcha calculate kare aur iski jagah mahine ke fruits aur nuts par invest kare

    मैं भी करीब 3 साल से सुबह नाश्ते में सिर्फ फल खाती और कभी कभी साथ में ड्राइफ्रूट भिगोए हुए।
    Afternoon में दोपहर के खाने से पहले, खूब सारा raw 🥗 सलाद और काम से काम अनाज ब्राउन राइस के साथ बहुत सारी सब्जियां और रात में dinner se pahle सलाद खूब सारा फिर सात्विक रोटी और सब्जी, डॉक्टर जी जो भी बात बोल रहे है बिलकुल सत्य है,मैं भी 40 वर्ष की हु और मैं जब 20 की तब भी इतना तरोताजा nhi महसूस करती थी। करके देखिए आप भी कभी लाइफ में डॉक्टर की जरूरत न होगी 🙏

    Bhai ham bhi Raw food par aa rahe hai dhire dhire aur mujhe bahut achhi aati hai andar se.
    Mai morning me fruit juice 4,5 glass, Dopahar ke time 3-4types fruites, aur raat ko only salad par hi rahta hu aur apse sach bata raha hu man andar se bahut prasann rahta hai.

      Sab adat ki baat hain. Hamein sirf tab akal ati hai jab hum khud ya hamara koi pyara bimari se marne lagta hai. 50 ki age ane tak majority logon ke sharir mein bahut nuksan ho chuka hota hai.
      Ache se jeena hai to inki baton par akal karo.
