Beautiful Video, but on a side note Imran was right Mamadou is like a modified version of Muhammad found commonly in west Africa, maybe to make it easy for them to pronounce like Amadou- Ahmad Uthman- Ousmane seynabu- zeynab,… as they’re non arabs, or like I read somewhere to avoid names of righteous people like Uthman,… being disrespected like if someone were to insult let’s say a kid with that name Uthman. I use to love to vacation in Sharjah before it became crowded from 08 - 14 or so, then things changed. We used to stay in the Khan district, visit Al Qasba... Then after each visit, we noticed the city became more and more crowded. Masjid AnNoor on the cornice in Sharjah is very humid in the summer.
MashaAllah I have travelled to many places and used Dubai or Doha as 2/3 days stopovers to go to South East Asia (Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand etc), Maldives, Mauritius, Seychelles, Zanzibar etc from either London or Birmingham, and I'm pretty sure that I have been to Masjid Hind and both the masjids in Sharjah. Normally I enjoy going to Jumeirah Masjid in Dubai a lot and the Grand Masjid close to Dubai Museum in Bur Dubai along the creek. I think Sharjah is more conservative and definitely a better place to practice your deen. I think Dubai is a bit too cosmopolitan for my liking but great place to go as a Muslim tourist BUT I do generally think Abu Dhabi is much better
Ma Sha Allah Sharjah is a very beautiful place. We have many shuyukhs In different masajids. You can also go to Masjid Saud, where sheikh salah Bukhatir leads taraweeh and qiyam layl only in Ramadan. We have sheikh ahmed in sharjah mosque. And sheikh saad ezzouiet in aljada also. There is free iftaar across all mosques in sharjah. They also give free food packets in the tents.
For those who want to do hijrah to the UAE. Sharjah is more soft paced, family oriented and has infact different weekends than dubai, more peacefull Ma Sha Allah. in terms of cost of living sharjah has much much cheaper rent prices. Electricity and water are almost the same across UAE. But the cost of living in Sharjah in general is much cheaper than dubai, even in porche areas.
JazakAllah khayr habibi I grew up listening to Sheikh Salah Bukhatir and still listen to him to this day and I’m looking forward to coming to Sharjah to hopefully meet him
@naseeha sessions: brothers please share the list of mosques in the description and other recommendations you guys make. Sometimes difficult to hear the names in the video 🙌

Mash Allah, Alhamdulilah. World of a difference! They the UAE still give residency and even Oman is a good option or saudi. Malaysia they just do not give Visa unless a 'millionaire'. Seriously want to move make hijra to the UAE inshallah. May Allah azaa wajjal make it so, world of a difference from gloomy UK as it's so difficult and hell at times. Got to resent parents for coming here in the first place - as you just don't want to deal with non muslims during ramadhan. Got to move from the west! Inshallah.
Malaysia has a remote visa which is pretty easy to get if you have an online income, or my second home program if you have savings Also brother I would be careful about being ungrateful to your parents, maybe they didn't have a lot of knowledge about the effects of living in the west on your islam, but it still benefited you greatly at least in the worldly sense. If you look at all the westerners that make hijrah, they are using their privilege of online income, savings, or business that they got / learned from the west, and they use the western passport which makes it easy for them to get residency. If you talk to most muslims living in muslim lands they'll envy you, not saying it's good but it's possible that if we were in their shoes we would wish we were in the west as well
Assalaamu A'laykum brother Imran, I hope you notice my comment. I haven't watched the video yet but I've been following along from time to time with the podcasts, the projects you brothers are up to etc... and how to tackle the criticism. I understand given how everything works, sometimes you have to go out of your way to do certain things so people come across your content and benefit from it, which is fine I suppose. However, as someone of dignity like you, a mature, intelligent brother and Ustadh, I don't think this thumbnail was appropriate. Perhaps you see it as something trivial but it's things like these that subtly make people (genuine people) lose their respect for you. Using tactics like having such thumbnails might be a viable way to get views and attraction and may work for many but our honour is worth more and it doesn't suit us, especially as brothers with big beards (which is a symbol of honour and dignity). This only really suits western, clean-shaven men cus they generally just resemble women and children.
This is just me I do not think it's appropriate for Muslim's to bring themselves eating when we have the Palestinians are in a famine and in sudan they are suffering as well. Where is the empathy. Where is the one body and so called unity.
Most of the people who fund raise in the UK do with via their RESTAURANTS (eating and selling food), if you're from the UK perhaps you can address those that are closer to home Also are you suggesting eating food is haram now? What about you, have you stopped eating sugary deserts yourself?
We are not the same…when I go to masjid my first thought is not „does he recite in a beautiful way?“ rather it’s „is his aqida right? Is he s sufi or ashari jahmi or madkhali…“
You dont need this thought in the first place unless it becomes apparent. Moreover, the Imam of the masjid in UAE is selected by government, and UAE wont put an Ashari imam or Shia imam.
