Hawkeye is the combination of both OG concept of Genji and (specially) Sha-Lin from Paladins. IMO the timer on the abilities seems IMO really fair for what they are... now, the melee reflect, I wanna think it's extremely strict on the area of effect and/or has a cap on the damage reflected, cause that's CRAZY for 0 cost.
It looks like you only get to deflect twice in a row, possibly only a single projectile each time, and you have to predict the deflect; which won't be that strong most of the time. It's nice against like a Hela, or a Bucky, but they can still spam faster than you deflect bc it has to reset after 2 deflects, and multi-hit stuff like a Punisher spamming with his AR or Moon Knight spamming his crescents would make the deflect near useless. A single diver can take away his deflect for 15 seconds, since it's his only defensive ability it's gonna go on CD a lot. Though in hindsight, Hawkeye is probably why Bucky got buffed to 3 shots.
I would love to see ghost rider added as a character: •His main attack is a sawed off shotgun that shoots fire. Has a chance to cause fire damage. •His iconic chain can be used to pull enemies in like Overwatch roadhog hook •He has a penance stare ability. Half of all the damage an enemy player has done since their last respawn slowly eats at their health bar. If the target is on fire the rate that damage is applied is doubled. If a target gets killed from this ability they crumble into ash. •For his ult he whistles to call in his bike that comes from overhead and drives forward (Like a kiriko ult). It knocks back enemy players and sets the area it drives past on fire (Like a torbjorn ult).
