@@Cygnoux thank you so much for confirming this! I don't know any content creators that have the guts to state that. I have felt gaslighted by so many people and content creators in the community for so long when everyone keep saying "it's not the device, you're just bad". I can agree with them that with enough practice, phone player can keep up with tablet, but it would take a crazy amount of time, practice and skill.
This is the only vid u need 2 watch if u r wondering what rotation mode u should choose. Well done. I shifted 2 speed accel a while back for the very same reasons. If u r facing problems in panic situations like rotating 2 much & facing a totally different direction, i would recommend keeping the accel value low like 60 & then adjusting it gradually.
As a distance acceleration player, whenever I try to transition from distance to speed, I come to realise that i never really learned crosshair placement and instead have created a sort of dependency on flicks as a form of aim correction. Now I literally can't play either fixed or speed...
as my Counter Strike coach used to say: Flicking is just correction for poor crosshair placement 😂 doesn't need to be perfect, but do aim near to the enemy before pressing the ADS button. Helps aim consistently (btw why switching from Distance to Speed? Distance is good right?)
@@Cygnouxdistance is definitely better on phone especially with higher sens allowing us less space for our thumb to move. I’ve been using distance accel for a while. I did try speed accel in training ground but while my cross hair placement and aim was good felt really slow for me surprisingly. Though I did feel more accurate it felt inconsistent in the close range as I had to drag my thumb across the screen to hit my enemy 🤣 but yeah distance is really good I enjoy it just need to work on improving my micro adjustments on my new sensitivity
I just use fixed sensitivity and adjusted it down until I can just barely turn a 180 in both directions on my phone. It works well enough for long range but it is a little bit of a struggle in short range. Another thing to bring up is that FOV is a big part of the disadvantage on phones, and you can also change your firing sensitivity down lower to help with recoil and finer adjustments.
Yup. I remember Hawksnest a few years ago saying your sensitivity should be so that whatever a normal single swipe for you is turns you about 180 degrees. Any more and it’s too sensitive, any less and you’ll die from people behind you more often.
BTW I do think Aim Assist OFF should be the norm, at least in Pro Play. Let our RAW aiming skills shine instead of having assisted aim (and this is strong, I wouldn't mind minor aim assist but aim assist right now helps with aiming A LOT) I'd want to see Aim Assist OFF in Ranked too (Legendary and above? Like Top 5K lobbies?) but don't think it will get implemented. Casuals will complain :/ what are your thoughts? 🤔
Very true there is a limitation but it's always about where you put yourself in situations and playing to your sensitivity. Great player that uses low is lucas sks
yes absolutely agreed with adjusting our playstyle accordingly. Lucas is similar as me, Fixed + Low sens and he plays his angles REALLY well and dominates the lobby. We need to cultivate a playstyle like that if we're playing Low sens on Phone as well
I used to use high speed acceleration (160-200) with relatively lower senses. But they days I prefer 100 speed accel with medium (std sens about 89 and ADS/RDS sense about 125) sensitivities. Too high of acceleration, and tracking becomes more bullets bullets missing with autos if your target moves laterally like a good player does. Too low of acceleration, and it is harder to be quick and precise in aiming/centering. I recommend using the training bots (practice against AI mode). Crash and Nuketown are good for testing close to medium range, and Crossfire is good for testing medium to long ranges. What's good about those bots is they move in very jittery ways that really tests your aiming. They're easy to kill, but they're good targets to assess hard to aiming and tracking of targets (the range is more good for original adjustments and is more controlled). Also the accuracy stats at the end of the match give a good objective gauge about which settings improve or make your accuracy worse. So in short, to find one's ideal speed acceleration and sensitivities, start off with the gun range to get it mostly dialed in (spawn high speed strafing bots). Then adjust further based (if needed) on practice against AI mode (and to compare accuracy of up a notch or two vs. down a notch or two) and avoiding using streaks or anything but your primary weapon as to not skew the accuracy stats. Then even fine tune adjustment further from there based on what you encounter in matches against other players. You'll eventually get it down to the sweet spot. You really want to hone your settings down to what works best for you and is most consistent. The brain will adapt to any setting after enough play, but the idea is to find the most natural ones. Anyway, great video. The dilemmas (pros and cons) are exactly what you outline. So a player must pick which they want to deal with. Obviously playing on a tablet is going to be and advantage over a phone, but I don't see a reason to get a tablet to play this game unless competition is the end all be all for you. Phone is more about kicking back in a comfy chair or bed and playing. Tablets are a big advantage, which is why I wish we could opt in as phone players to play tablet player like how CODM handles those using external devices (it gives you a notice and lets you decide if you want to, and you expect it to be a tougher lobby as a result). The game really should have two leagues. Phone league and tablet league. Then the game would be less about who has what kind of hardware setup and more focused on skill and play ability.
Wowwww. I recently changed from speed accel to fixed speed, and I've been wondering why my aim's been off. I thought it was my two broken hands but nope. Back to normal. I had it set to 160 as well. Thanks!
I just chose something inbetween low and high sensitivity so i get a bit of both worlds decent aim assist, very consistent flicks, good close and long range combat. This makes me versatile and i also prioritized flick muscle memory into consideration which makes me closer to if i was playing on mouse for being a phone player.
yeah Fixed + Medium sens is common. I myself recommend ADS sens around 80-90 as it isn't too high where we lose at longer range gunfights, while still being able to play aggressive with Fennec etc
JUST USE FIXED SPEED WITH 100 ACCELERATION. I KNOW THE SLIDER IS GREYED OUT, BUT IT STILL WORKS. TRY USING 0 ACCELERATION VS 100 ACCELERATION. THE DIFFERENCE IS NOTICEABLE, ALTHOUGH THE SLIDER IS GREYED OUT FOR FIXED SPEED. AFTER THAT, FIND THE RIGHT SENSITIVITY FOR YOU.
this is so good since i came back from a break on codm and i feel so slow but i don't wanna mess up my tracking but i feel it was not enough swiping to use fix speed and switch up to use speed aclr is my only choice and thank god it helps
Honestly, ive used fixed speed with extremely high sens on phone, since day 1. At first, i got dogged on almost every game. Over time though, as my map and spawn knowledge increased, i was able to flick directly onto enemy routes. If you play on phone try to play passive-aggressive, at medium to long range. If you get in a close range fight make sure you keep your crosshairs in line with the direction your enemy is coming from. Also, the unads, drag, then ads is WAY more efficient than traditional flicking on a phone, although flicking is really not as hard as people make it seem on a phone. The way i taught myself to flick, is to practice 180s and lock onto a target as soon as i see one. If you do that repeatedly, it will become muscle memory and you will be able to predict and lock onto enemies exponentially easier. Also, if you really wanna master aim assist, turn it off and LEAVE it off for way longer than 7-15 days. Leave it off for about a month. While its off, try to engage in as many close range battles as possible (with an appropriate class setup ofc). You will get clapped a LOT, but you will start getting better. Once you have gotten proficient in close range battles w/o aim assist, you will be absolutely unstoppable when you turn it back on. It takes time to master close range w/o aim assist, so this is why i say take way more time than 7-15 days. If youre already really good with your aim, turn sync ads to fov off. It literally takes ALL recoil away at the expense of zoom when you ads. If youre an accurate player and know how to place shots correctly its a banger tradeoff. Hope i can help
Gyro seems a necessity on Phone for playing versatile. Do close to mid range with Fingers & Long range with Gyro. I call this "Hybrid Gyro" playstyle and what I recommend too.

I use 20-25 on all of my sensitivities and my speed accel is 300 and my vertical (firing) is 150. My tracking and accuracy is good but Flicking needs a little bit of practice. Thank god for adding Vertical Tuning. It was hard to control recoil before until it was released in the game. If you want to be a good player in close range while being low sens, Crosshair Placement is a must. Vague likes to do this trick.
yup that is good. Low Sens + High Acceleration & now with Vertical Sens we can fix the vertical issue too. Crosshair placement is needed for low sens, agreed. Good tips Joseph

Hi, nice vid, btw i would like to know how to find my speed acceleration value, without modifyng my current settings, i tried with your sens video, but still cant understand :(
the aim assist doesn't increase, we just feel aim assist lesser at higher sens since our aim is more sensitive why that "magnetic" feeling isn't there. On lower sens the aim assist can properly latch onto the enemy so we feel the assist a bit stronger.
Sync ads fov + distance acceleration = aimbot Prove me wrong Even on phone when I can't see shit, it's like I feel the force of aim assist guide my aim and before you know it I've registered a kill
Bro I was using fixed speed earlier but I noticed I couldn't track so well in which I complained to you earlier so I started using speed accl and higher sens, I saw in the video you said 160 for speed accel, I had issues with that because turning 180 will be so hard or just turning 90, so I use 0 which is not very perfect but can you tell me what to do?
0 is fine, I know some pro players who are using 0 Speed Accl what I recommend is finding PERFECT sens on Fixed first, and then convert it to Speed Accl. I'll make a video on this for now, use whatever allows you to track smoothly as flicking isn't important
I just play on default settings never touched my settings at all....just looked at it is on speed acceleration an I never changed my settings or sensitivity....iam on global board with sks so I guess my aim is ok. But any advice is much appreciated thanks my brother 🙏
high sens will give problems at mid to long range + issues with microadjustments tracking etc. Only use it for playing aggressive & can use Low Gyro for longer ranges
idk know why but my aim assist doesnt work even if i use these settings or not i even tried turning it off and on it still doesnt work even when i go to the enemies faces
I did the exact same thing , mine does not move with the character like yours. It's just remaining pointing in the same direction irrespective if the enemy moves past the aim sight
The most important thing is,if you play with 2 fingers you can not compare the sensitivity with 4 fingers. 2 different sensitivities. Or in other words the art is to play with 2 fingers, all the players who plays with 4 or more fingers are this kind of players who are thinking they are the best... It's logical that more fingers give you more advantages, but that just goes to show me that otherwise people are very bad. (ONLY 2 FINGER PLAYERS ARE THE REAL ONES)
That's not true. Higher sensitivity reguires more training, but ultimately you'll be as good as a player using lower sens. Same principle applies to phone aiming.
yes I plan on it this season. Will cover a lot more including the sens + acceleration so taking my time with the analysis For Sniper, I'd do Fixed. The consistency helps since missing shots is punishing on it

But problem with learning fix sense again is I have been unknowingly using 300 speed acceleration since day one cuz I didn't know it's best utility
So I am a dumbass
So i should do either fixed or distance acceleration?
Whatever is more consistent
Great video
How did you get the red cross in your screen?
After using this for like 3 rank matches I can say I feel like my aim has improved
I just need to master the sens
what sens are you using?
@@Cygnoux It was low 30-40 but I was using sks,but I could not drag ,so I increase it to 60-70 now it's better
@@Cygnoux I can easily control the fennec recoil now
thanks for the info
thank you brother
Since i always play very passive and i always flick both in sniper and while using AR.
For me fix speed works fine and i think I'll stick with it.
Also idk about others but to me speed acceleration always feels inconsistent.
same, why I use Fixed. It's just SOOOOO Consistent. I don't play for 2 months, come back and play as usual xD
@@Cygnoux shut up cygno you use everything 😂
You even used distance acceleration and made a video saying distance acceleration is the best 😂
Not to mention how often you use to change ur sensitivity aswell
haha that's true 😂 damn you remember these things as well, they happened a while back 😳
@@Cygnoux yeah i have good memory 😂
How do I add this middle plus to the middle of the game?
Is this also applicable for BR players or for MP only?
yes applicable for BR as well
@@Cygnoux thanks boss
Fixed speed with Gyroscope and high sensi. I can still beam with long range.
Hi, nice vid, btw i would like to know how to find my speed acceleration value, without modifyng my current settings, i tried with your sens video, but still cant understand :(
yes I'll make a video on it :) stay tuned!
Btw, does higher speed accel means more aim assist?
I do use speed accel but mine is 0
the aim assist doesn't increase, we just feel aim assist lesser at higher sens since our aim is more sensitive why that "magnetic" feeling isn't there. On lower sens the aim assist can properly latch onto the enemy so we feel the assist a bit stronger.
@@Cygnoux oh i get it
As a mobile gamer, I'm having a hard time right now. I want to play long distance and short distance. Can you give me some suggestions?
yo cygnoux what's your recommended gyro sens
Tectonic exposed!
ngl I've never seen the problem with high sense for mid to long range
I found this out on my own the other day
Sync ads fov + distance acceleration = aimbot
Prove me wrong
Even on phone when I can't see shit, it's like I feel the force of aim assist guide my aim and before you know it I've registered a kill
What app/software did you use to get that graphics?
What is the best value of speed acceleration?
You should do a video on the icr, it got a new attachment
As a full gyro player i can confirm this only helps a little
You should always narrate your vids keep it up
Bro I was using fixed speed earlier but I noticed I couldn't track so well in which I complained to you earlier so I started using speed accl and higher sens, I saw in the video you said 160 for speed accel, I had issues with that because turning 180 will be so hard or just turning 90, so I use 0 which is not very perfect but can you tell me what to do?
0 is fine, I know some pro players who are using 0 Speed Accl
what I recommend is finding PERFECT sens on Fixed first, and then convert it to Speed Accl. I'll make a video on this
for now, use whatever allows you to track smoothly as flicking isn't important
@@Cygnouxalr gon be waiting for that vid
While increasing the speed acceleration value, should we decrease the standard sensitivity?
Yes depending of your feelings
ive just turned off aim assist, training you muscle memory is better than relying on aim assist in the long run
nice bro
You only told us about the camera sensitivity. What about the firing sensitivity? Will I change it too or leave it as it was before?
firing sens same as camera
Cyg I use higher sens like my ads sens is 155 and I use speed acceleration 160 , should I continue with it?
Hey cygnouc can ksp 45 compete with the meta and also what sensitivity do you recommend for burst weapons for consistent aim and versatility
yeah if you can 2Burst consistently, and lower sens so you aren't missing shots due to inaccuracy.
Cygnoux what happens when you increase your fixed speed? I don't see anyone talking about it
I just play on default settings never touched my settings at all....just looked at it is on speed acceleration an I never changed my settings or sensitivity....iam on global board with sks so I guess my aim is ok. But any advice is much appreciated thanks my brother 🙏
A better way is just to use high sens and get use to it. In the end you will have good aim even with high sen. I'm in phone btw
high sens will give problems at mid to long range + issues with microadjustments tracking etc. Only use it for playing aggressive & can use Low Gyro for longer ranges
How do you change the crosshair mines or white little dot but it's hard to see I can't find the settings to change it
What phone are u using
cygnoux, i mostly use gyroscope, how could i improve my aim?
im on 300 sens for ads both for camera and firing…how much should I increase value for speed acceleration and how much to reduce from my ads sens
idk know why but my aim assist doesnt work even if i use these settings or not i even tried turning it off and on it still doesnt work even when i go to the enemies faces
Why When I turn speed acceleration my ads sensitivity is too slow even on max 300?
I did the exact same thing , mine does not move with the character like yours. It's just remaining pointing in the same direction irrespective if the enemy moves past the aim sight
@@jorisbeugen3562 nop , n no one will tell also what they use
I want the red crosair, how did you do it?
The most important thing is,if you play with 2 fingers you can not compare the sensitivity with 4 fingers. 2 different sensitivities. Or in other words the art is to play with 2 fingers, all the players who plays with 4 or more fingers are this kind of players who are thinking they are the best... It's logical that more fingers give you more advantages, but that just goes to show me that otherwise people are very bad. (ONLY 2 FINGER PLAYERS ARE THE REAL ONES)
I personally only use 4 fingers for the convience of being able to press multiple buttons simultaneously while also looking around
Stop nerfing you down with noob thumb hud, get better and learn claw no excuses ...
That's not true. Higher sensitivity reguires more training, but ultimately you'll be as good as a player using lower sens. Same principle applies to phone aiming.
Will you create another video on perfect sensitivity, covering both low sensitivity and high sensitivity?
btw @Cygnoux , so fixed speed for sr players?
yes I plan on it this season. Will cover a lot more including the sens + acceleration so taking my time with the analysis
For Sniper, I'd do Fixed. The consistency helps since missing shots is punishing on it
I used to play on tablet but the phone I have has q better gaming performance so I switched to it and since then my aim is a mess
Can you plzz make a video on speed vs distance acceleration because i only use speed and try to use distance
yeah I'll have a video on Distance soon. Speed vs Distance may take some time since I also need to make a video on Perfect Sensitivity this season
using fixed speed is way more better beacause when i used speed accelaration, it is harder to control because of low sens 0/10 trick.
Is this helpful for gyro players ?
Not for full-gyro but if you're using Fingers then can try it out
I Use Fixed Speed And Gyro…Should I Change To Speed Acceleration 😕…I Am Confused..Please Help….I Am On Phone Btw Iphone 11….
