- Wedding Recovery in London After one of our best friends weddings in Sicily, we headed to London for a few nights to meet some new babies and recover. The Banya is so key to getting back to your baseline. We go to the Russian Bath House in London. It's our favorite and our friend Adam is a serious regular there. Also some amazing chinese food goes a long way for a sunday comfort meal.
But to top it all off, Four Seasons took the best care of us at their Park Lane Hotel. They put us in a crazy suite that was NEXT LEVEL. Never have I stayed in such an expansive room. Big thanks to Four Seasons Park Lane for being incredible; from staff to stay. We'll be back for sure.

There have been non smoking laws in the UK since 2007. Where was it that you encountered so many smokers? Was it a smoking area? Bars and restaurants do sometimes have outside smoking areas.

I agree Brendan, indoor smoking sticks to our clothes makes it so disgusting! Both my mom and brother were heavy smokers. Hated that growing up. 15 year cancer survivor here. So glad we don’t allow smoking indoors anymore in our beloved USA. Great vlog and trip! Dying to see what Hannah bought 😍😍

Indoor smoking in LONDON seriously? They banned indoor smoking in the U.K years ago. You must have been in one of those bars/clubs where they have 'enclosed' smoking areas because it's to noisy to have people smoking outside.

Great suite. And yes, cigarettes are the reason I left a job years ago. In spite of the fact that it's illegal to smoke in an indoor setting. The branch office of a company I worked for had employees at that location who were chain smoker's. The best thing that happened to me was that they layer me off during the economic crisis, in 2009.
