You skipped so many good scenes with Javik in the temple on Thessia. If you had walked around looking at the artifacts before activating the goddess statue in the center there is some great dialog between Javik and Liara regarding the goddess being a Prothean. It would have been entertaining to include it.
Did nobody think to nuke the Reapers that were just chilling on the ground there at the beginning? Could've done some damage - worth a try at least, in the face of extinction.
