- We are thrilled to announce that we are currently pregnant with what will hopefully be our rainbow baby after two miscarriages experienced over the past 12 months. This was unplanned and you will hear in the video, it was a total surprise. Waiting to get through the first trimester after two early pregnancy losses is agonising, but we are past the danger zone now and we have our fingers tightly crossed that this little ray of hope will be our rainbow baby.

My name is Anna, I am a mum of one little boy and two angel babies. I'm keep myself busy with multiple youtube channels but this one is my personal mummy life channel. What a great piece of news! I also got pregnant almost immediately after may second miscarriage. And fortunately nine months later there arrived a beautiful baby boy, who is now almost six. Good luck, Anna!

After what you went through lately it is the most wonderful thing to see these happy tears announcing a beautiful new life. I know for a fact that miscarriages leave anxiety traces and no wonder you were upside down with this unexcepted blessing. Keep in mind that everything can be absolutely fine. I was just wondering, your first period after the miscarriage operation in January, the one after 5 weeks, you said it was light but did you also have cramping along with it? Thank you!
Very mild cramping. It pretty much just felt like a normal period. Good luck to you, I hope all is ok.

Did you do anything differently? I’m in your situation, I’ve had 2 missed miscarriages and I’ve lost hope. I’m currently pregnant and I’m trying to be excited but I can’t. I’m more nervous and have so much anxiety ☹️ Your story gives me hope & I hope to have my rainbow baby too🌈👶🏻
How far along are you? I know it’s hard, and the anxiety will always be there to some extent after a miscarriage, but don’t give up hope. I read some current research that said women who have multiple miscarriage are overly fertile...meaning their body catches and nourishes every egg regardless of the quality. Of course low quality eggs are eventually rejected by the body, is in those terms it’s a numbers game. One of those eggs is gonna be high enough quality to create a healthy baby. It’s so hard to experience a loss though and draining both physically and emotionally. I will keep my fingers crossed or you. Try to relax and just take each day as it comes and hopefully this little bean will stick xx

"we are currently pregnant" you don't realise how emasculating that sounds, do you Anna? you thrust these intrinsically feminine stuff upon your men, turn them into some sort of mawkish, overly emotional effeminate males and then ask "Where the heck have all the men we used to know gone?" Men cannot get pregnant. That's what women are for. We do our men's part in conceiving a child and then when he/she gets old enough, we teach them how to live, stand up for themselves, protect their own interests and, generally, what it takes to be a decent human being. That's our men's purpose as far as child rearing is concerned. When a woman says about her husband or boyfriend, whatever, that they're pregnant, it's extremely denigrating, because the message between the lines here is the that she doesn't see him as a man since she talks about him as if he was a woman.
With all due respect I think that you are wrong. If you as a man feel emasculated by that phrase then that’s you and your feeling. For us saying “we’re pregnant” is our way of saying we are both equally excited and invested in this pregnancy, the labour, delivery and life of this child that we created. Nick plays a large part of helping me through this process and he is proud to say to all of his friends, family and colleagues that “we are pregnant”.

the reason i find it emasculating is because it is emasculating. it's just common sense. In fact, “we are pregnant” is typical for societies crippled by matriarchal propaganda which brainwashes men into thinking it's OK to say this gibberish.
As a man who has a good understanding of how female instincts work, I know that normally a woman will always try to engage her man in her own life and make him part of it as much as she can. especially when she's pregnant. hence this expression. she wants to own him so much that she even wants him to share with her sth only she can go through.
again, it's a typical female instinctive behaviour. the correct reaction on the part of the man would be to head her off at the pass and make her curb her instinctive urges to have a lock on him by making her realise that the two of them have different duties towards their children.
you say "men are equally invested in pregnancy, labour and delivery of the child". but that just doesnt make any sense, because it's biologically impossible. we don't get pregnant, we don't go into labour and we don't give birth to our children. that's just your female instincts getting the best of you.
a mum: gives life to her kids and takes care of their biological needs while they are dependable on her
a father: a loving and caring leader, a teacher. his purpose - bringing up the kids and making sure they become decent members of society who can survive on their own and have a bright future.
That's how things are in a healthy family.
