The top is 3000 Meters which is nearly 10,000ft. The village is down at 1200 Meters so that gives you nearly 6000ft vertical descent. There's some good freeride on the westside of the peak when conditions are suitable. There's less snowboarders in Europe but there's definitely less "SB vs Ski attitude" in Europe than the US. Think it might be driven more by confirmation bias in the US, I've not heard of a "no snowboards" resort in europe

@@GenZBiker No mate, we're from the UK, England. Any advice you could share for first time skiing in Borimo ?
D K Not sure how skiing in the UK is but we have different difficulty ratings in the USA compared to Italy so it took some getting used to when determining which runs I should go down. The Italian alps (in bormio) were much more difficult than skiing in Colorado which is where most skiing is done in the USA.
