guys if you have trouble with the sync you can actually play the video two times simultaneously : 1st is muted and the 2nd with five seconds of delay :) Hope I helped
CS technically fits that definition- you're just being obtuse. I can call baseball just standing around waiting for a bit of rubber to come your way, or basketball just running about throwing a ball at a hoop, or nascar just sitting on your arse and turning left, you can marginalize it all you want but it takes genuine mechanical skill and hand-eye coordination to play CS at a pro level (not to mention tactics), just as much if not more-so that it does to catch/throw a ball or run across a field

I used media player clasis. just go audio options and set the audio some time forward play with the numbers to get nice results

They can't, its HLTV/spectate, not in-eye, so its not what the players see, only those watching this, wont call it a bug, but it does that on HLTV :)
