Really great practical advice near the end. Understanding how our brains work is so helpful for solving problems we have and ultimately just getting to know ourselves better.
Also, by realising that others work in different ways, we can communicate with them more effectively and have more positive interactions with those around us.

Introspection is extremely important. So glad I found out about MBTI, and other personality tests

@@Elodie_N_INTJ_Analyzes If you hadn't deleted my first comment, you would have understood that anything to do with "affliction, society and health" is not to be downplayed with your recommendations.
You're in a social network that evolves from generation to generation, where you meet different characters. If you already block my comments, what will happen with dozens of comments similar to mine all day long ? Your way of communicating in chat prioritizes only positive feedback on your work. On occasion, you don't know how to bounce back from comments questioning the strength of your subject.
A methodology that echoes the use of scales, with the words (support & objection) all in the same hand. I'm proving once again that my perception touches on different horizons without allowing borders. Where you see danger, I see opportunity. Science is a rigorous and proven study, while typology offers speculation that is still open to question.
By using "Neurodivergent" you wrap yourself in this definition as an excuse to supposedly expose a difference in assessment. Whereas I would point out, for example, the way you promote typology as a plausible solution to different cases of addiction in different individuals. Here, you're out of touch by referring to it.
In that case, keep this personal "career path" information to yourself, but I'll retain this assumption that you're moving away from a career in psychology and neuropsychology.
Well, you're not the ugly duckling. Why do you think so ? There are many other youtubers of different nationalities who also express themselves on the subject, and I've already started a conversation with some of them. However, you're also the only one who feels exposed like this... None of them have yet deleted my explanations as you reflexively do.
