The End is used during the end credits on all seasons of Baywatch remastered in 2018. The song replaced every original end title song to avoid copyright costs. At the same time, they remade/replaced the themes for the production companies included here.

The nostalgia this brings me after all these years. I miss the 90’s so much. Society has gone downhill so quickly and it makes me miss the world I grew up in. Those were the best days. Everything was at its peak. TV, music, movies, and society in general was a much better place. There was no social media or IPhones to keep us hooked up to. People were more active and you’d go outside and play with friends until the street lights came on. Then you run home and turn on Baywatch. Good times! ❤

The original ending theme was Current of Love performed by David Hasslehoff but no idea why they changed it to this closing theme! If anyone knows why please comment.
Copyright license fees. There were at least 4 different songs used for the end credits of Baywatch over its initial run. (And that excludes Baywatch Nights and Hawaii.)
The producers of the remastered version paid the license fees to keep the iconic opening theme music. (But that also excludes the original opening music for season 1.)
However, a lot of the other music, including the incidental music during montage sequences etc, as well as the closing theme music, was just too expensive to purchase an international streaming license. So the producers hired new musicians to make new original music to replace it all, including creating their own music label so that they could retain perpetual streaming rights.
