Brilliant Bill you know I love the Rainbow Cichlid and echo your 5 reasons 👍
Cheers Paul, and thanks for your help in making the video.
@@BillsCichlidRoom we are in this together bud remember that 👊
One of my favorite cichlids. I have a group of 7 (mix of f1 rio san juan and a few of untraceable lineage) in a 40b with a pair of archocentrus centrarchus and a female amatitlania septemfasciata 'rio corinto'
Nice mix Corey, best of luck with them.
How many of them could I keep in a 20 gallon?
Hi Thomas, in a 20 gallon, I’d just go with a pair.
Do you sell them
I haven’t got any fry at the moment, usually sell them at local auctions or local shops
@@BillsCichlidRoom thank you bill for the very kind reply Margie ps think they are under rated Cichlid
@@Maggie19701 I think so so
They remind me of little Oscar’s and juvenile flowerhorns
Ha ha, they do look very different as youngsters
What cichlid is in the tank with them Bill?
Hi Deborah, there are Tomocichlia Asfraci & a couple of small cutteri
@@BillsCichlidRoom Thanks Bill. Love those Tomocichlia Asfraci.
Are they really peaceful?
For a mid sized cichlid they are peaceful, they can grow to 6 inches for males
Which one get the most colorful male or female?
@@coolwater411 both the same colour
@@BillsCichlidRoom are they really that colorful?
@@BillsCichlidRoom what is (best) golden dwarf cichlid or rainbow cichlid or T-Bar Cichlid" "Rio Paquita"?
Never kept them but I love there small I’m permanently looking at smaller cichlids
It’s a good way to go Liam, you don’t need huge tanks and the aggression is manageable.
@@BillsCichlidRoom I personally think you get much more natural behaviour in the tank if they have the room
Nice fish!
Thank you, glad you enjoyed the video.
