I think what you would need to do is to set your team members' permissions to "scheduled viewer" This means that they "can see plans they're scheduled to but not other plans, songs, media, or people unless they have higher permissions elsewhere." You can change team member permissions by going to the "People" tab of the Planning Center Services dashboard on desktop.
