- By the time of the Second Tiberian War, Earth's landscape had been altered significantly. A new form of environmental evolution had taken place, giving rise to hazardous and extreme flora and fauna. One of the most mutated creatures was known as the 'Tiberian Floater'. It was previously an aquatic animal which had adapted to live in dangerously radioactive parts of the ocean. Here we can see just how much the environment of a swampland can change...

I cannot express how much I want a Fallout or Stalker style open world RPG in Tiberian universe. That idea lived in my head for a decade, but after listening to these magnificent soundscapes - it just intensified. Just imagine, open world of Tiberium infested city ruins, ion storm lashed wastelands, refugees and survivors compounds and camps dotted here and there and military bases of both Nod and GDI, where you can join sides, meet people, soak in the ambience, the world itself. Creep through yellow zones trying to not get shot, eaten or get Tiberium poisoning, end game nightmarish red zones, conflict between GDI or Nod that you can participate in or influence from the side.
Just imagine.
There should be the ability to choose between a human and Forgotten as your character. The latter would have better survivability with the ability to heal in Tiberium patches and less likely to be attacked by wildlife but you have an initial distrust from neutral civilians, GDI, and Nod starting out.
Another direction for a game like that could be something like Mass Effect: Andromeda (except it's good).
You're a member of ZOCOM, maybe even a Commando in training: the intel database in C&C3 mentions their training program has a 22% fatality rate so there are definately some missions in live battlefields.
You work with ZOCOM to push back the Tiberium infestation and reclaim the Earth, piece by piece. During your campaign you encounter and interact with different mutant factions, Nod forces and all the numerous dangers found on yellow and red zones. The Scrin might also make an appearence, depending on when the game takes place. You might even stumble on an old CABAL bunker with hundreds of cyborg soldiers in storage that upon closer inspection are not quite as dead as they seem...
Since it's a C&C game there might be some limited base building: clear out any hostiles from a suitable area to set up a Forward Operating Base. This FOB could be focused on research, military or harvesting operations with each having different benefits like weapon upgrades, Orca strikes etc. You could even throw in a twist: this particular area is rich with harvestable Tiberium but it's also an important location for The Forgotten. Will you move on and find another spot or will you claim this land and anger the mutants?
Thoughts?
Command and Conquer Renegade? Also Renegade x Firestorm?
If there will be a tiberium world based RPG, i will literaly have no life at all.
i dont get why they killed off the tiberium ecosystem in the third game it had so much potential.
This is perfect for the cnc TTRPG i am planning. thanks.
Somehow I really felt like I was supposed to be living there. And I do mean it, I live in south east asia and I used to hear this kind of background noise when typhoon coming.
Really interesting (and terrifying) soundscape. Those Tiberium infested hellscapes are scarred into my mind, particularly that Tib Dawn helicopter cutscene and the second Firestorm level. It's a diseased planet.
My one criticism would be it sounds as if there is almost too much life. I know the crows conjure images of death, but I feel like most of them would be dead themselves by this point.
Thanks - and that is a good point. I was playing with the idea that existing life mutates and changes, and doesn't outright die.
@@red-silver5521 Some sort of Tib-Crow lifeform probably exists. Even more reason to go back to the Tib-Sun style world, so much damn potential.
As the Messiah himself has shown us, Tiberium is not the end of life. Tiberium brings a new life to the planet.
Eh while I did like a lot of C&C 3, I think they were too much EA at that point and not so much Westwoods vision of the series anymore. I like to think sure some pure crystal Tiberium like we see in C&C3 existed in the oldest of red zones, but the total collapse of the Tiberium life from TW2 was a wrong direction to take. I think it should of expanded.
Probably that's how tropics looked and sounded like after the blast of world altering missile
It should scares me, but it's highly relaxing lol...
I like how you integrated all of the Tiberium lifeform noises in it, some of them feels distant and are letting you play with your imagination. The floaters and the Fiends has some really caracteristics noises that makes them sounds more alien ish, a problem I have here is that most of the other noises sounds a bit too much like conventional terrestrial life, kinda putting you out of the atmosphere sometimes, even if there is still some that are getting closer to that alien feel.
Overall, that's cool! I was looking forward to see a Tiberium place ASMR ambiance video
Imagine yourself stuck in the middle of the night, alone, in such a hostile, nightmarish territory, must be terrifying.
Thanks for bringing detail to the cnc universe. It means a lot to the fans
I like to think that in the early years of Tiberium's appearance, these swamps formed in waterways that got in contact with Tiberium up-stream, before slowly but surely this unique environment is choked out by the green crystal, spreading into the now softened and nutrition rich earth.
Freaking love your work man.
Bro, please makes longer! 3 hours, just loop it. Love it 👍🏼
Sounds like sleep music
Exellent as always.
PURE GOLD
I kept waiting for Jar Jar Binks to pop out and say "Hello, dalee! Mesa Jar Jar Binks!" 😛
So perfect and pleasant. That's awesome Red - Silver 🔥🔥😎😎🔥🔥
Im expecting tiberium-infused tyrannosaurs
Tiberian Swamp.
There's already a C&C actor who DID played in a Swamp Monster. Ray Wise aka President Dugan played the Swamp Monster.
I know that haunting call of the Floaters. I can practically just hear them shocking the absolute hell out of something just out of sight in the fog of war... Tiberium life somehow brought a horror element to a rts all those years ago for me, I remember trying to run infantry behind the supposed safety of my walls and gates as fast as I could.
