I never thought when I watched te first episode that Ill love this couple so much.They are not the typical kdrama couple no much intimate scenes but few kisses,warm hugs more than that their eyes talk so much what an acting it is.I dont have 2nd lead syndrome in this drama I like Minho,but he is very immature,childish but Dr Ye is very mature man,he trust her completely not too much overprotective but gives her space,very understanding & caring completely cool ,the way he smiles ,gaze at her so lovingly ,Its too adorable .I like both leads.2nd lead too protray his character so well .
That's why I still come back to watch this drama. I really lost count how many time I watched it. But after a inhumane busy schedule, the moment I manage to get some rest, this drama always makes me feel refreshing. So I always come back to watch it.
I know it's only me who watch this drama again and again and it's also me who wanted to watch a second season. A season where the male and female lead of season one maintains a healthy relationship which also exists in this very world even though dramas suggest they don't. They make the world a little bit more better place around them. And all the side stories have their own happiness. Some more struggles of real life may unfold just the way as first season. Even though it won't come true, it's really a very pleasant wishful thinking.

On the other hand the doctor who was a bit cold at the begging found warmth in her love and changed to be better for her. But we see that people loved doctor for the person he was.

Because at the beginning it seemed like she will end up with min ho. But THANK GOODNESS THIS REDEEM MY SADNESS FOR THE SECOND LEAD SYNDROME MY ENTIRE LIFE
I always want to watch this drama but when I see the trailers and clips I feel like I'll have a second lead syndrome again.... It was hard to get over it after she was pretty and strong woman do bong soon...

Though I haven't watched it yet but it is sort of a love triangle set with a medical backdrop and a touch of poetry... Second lead is Jang dong yoon, one of the main reasons I don't want to watch this drama.. He is someone I really adore specially after the tale of nokdu.... But if you've decided to watch it then give it a try because it's not your usual medical drama and actors have done a good job.... But don't expect any nail biting twists and turns... It's a simple romantic drama...

The second guy has more screen time and he's good-looking. I think those are the only reasons to like him. In the drama, if you see him as only Shin Min-Ho, her and him don't hv a good history. I usually get second lead syndrome in every single drama, but this was an exception. I loved Minho, but I always shipped Boyoung with Jaewook

But I'm little disappointed with the story they didn't revealed their relationship to their colleagues and the other cast's stories are also incomplete.i didn't understand his past story. They didn't informed to their parents about their love. It didn't showed dr.ye's parents and personal life too. Dissatisfied about this😔 but the female lead humour was hilarious i laughed like crazy❤️
