Can't wait to see the first block 2 ship launch
I love that honk sound
When is the next launch?
Possibly around Jan. 11, 2025.
@@VideoFromSpace maybe earlier
I’m going to stream flight 7! Can’t wait!😊
Are you on X??
Awesome view 🤳💕
Go for launch 🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉on dec 23 go space x and starship and booster 🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉
Silly question: won't this test risk to damage the high expansion ratio nozzles that are designed to run in space?
Maybe it does right now..but the Goal is to re-use them daylie in the future. so they will be build to withstand that
@kastrooutlaw the space optimized engines are never gonna be used at sea level. But they seem to be used here, hence my question
To limit flow separation the engines are run at the highest throttle while ring stiffeners stop warping of the nozzles.
They use stiffeners when testing on the ground to make sure that doesn't happen
thats good fail fast , move fast ❤
You know what initially I hated how the new Block 2 Ship looked, but from that side on angle they showed of the ship on the static fire stand the forward flaps looks far more inconspicuous than block 1’s flaps. Now it looks like the aft flaps are only visible from the side which I kinda dig more than the protruding flaps of the old design. Anybody agree with me?
Best of luck ❤
Will be great to see her fly.
Launch is in January, right?
NASA is on the way out .
Not really, NASA still primarily conducts scientific experiments as to where SpaceX just builds launch vehicles. NASA isn’t going anywhere.
@@RCDRONE1010 NASA is funded by taxpayers with a no questions asked budget. It's on the way out.
Looking good...

I see great potential in Elon Musk's projects, I believe in his engineering genius, in particular, I admire the FSD 13.2 autonomous driving system, which will bury Waymo as soon as it goes into mass production. Although I do not express explicit support for Elon Musk, I have always been on his side and hope that in the future we will join forces and create something that will revolutionize and lift humanity to unprecedented heights. Hopefully, Mark Zuckerberg will join us soon to integrate his tech giant into our great future project. Sincerely, Jeff Bezos.
