I can relate to this a lot. The voice inside my head is basically my anxiety, insecurities, and low self esteem. It does stop me from having fun, and being myself. It’s the hardest thing in the world to deal with.

I've been through this journey too and you're right nobody notices. That's why when I first heard " You're not that important" it started me on my path. Who with all the thoughts going through their own head confident or not, their own problems and issues going to notice if you're sat alone or have a hand me down note book. In fact we often see the people we admire without releasing that person may have the same judging voice as you. I still have my off and days and always will fear of judgement will always be their somewhere but overall I'm confident in what I know and don't and have realised not knowing something or even not be academic at school doesn't reflect on you. I've found my own niche and realised there's stuff I am good at and I do have a brain it's just not good at math lol
I've heard "that voice" more than once. This vid helped me realize it's okay and normal to have that voice in your head. Thanks @SugarDiamond
