I highly doubt piggy will be involved considering how busy everyone on the team is so we can just accept the bunny chapter as our “Halloween chapter”
I can see where you're coming from, but remember that the bunny chapter is set to release this month, September. The Halloween event would take place in October, next month, so there is a chance for a Halloween update other than the bunny chapter.

I’m a big fan of piggy but if you ask me it isn’t really a scary game. It’s more of a lore game and puzzle game.
