Yeah they are a scam. You just never know when that "strong pull" is going to come. These boardwalk arcades seem to be very cheap when it comes to that. Our local Knoebels amusement park is super generous. I see people winning constantly. Two different mentalities I suppose.

Good Friday Night Guys!! Breaking the trip down with a stop in Ocean City...what a great intermission!! That is a cool bridge and the tunnel is always cool!! Please...for ONE night only on the BOARDWALK!! GREG'S WORLD!! 🤩 The surf was aggressive, but it looked like it was great fun!! The claw game is not forgiving. The fries were incredible...the would be a great side for Thanksgiving...feeds 10!! The OC dinners looked fantastic!! The arcade was great and the skiball is always a great game for the Clark!! What a fantastic way to end the video!! How great was that!! Happy Pizza Friday Guys!!

We got a $25 card at the arcade just to win a Luigi and the exact same thing happened to us! We picked it up so many times but never made it over. That was so cool to see Clark get him in the end.

i went swimming in the outer banks one year the water was 40 degrees while it was 90 the entire time, bunch of dead jelly fish washing ashore my entire body was numb lol but it was fun
Claw machines are such a scam. The way they're rigged to only give a strong pull a tiny percentage of the time is vile. They could be set up to have that strength on every attempt, but the owners just want money. What a lovely gesture from that man! A perfect bookending to what looked like a perfect evening.
That little green figure with the eyes popping out made me think of Total recall ( the original ).Also I have a theory, when you swipe the card like that the machine could be programmed to not let you get it since alot of people would just continue to swipe without thinking of the economical conseqenses , try cash next time .
